Calories don't count on a weekend... (I wish.....)

It's not as good as the real thing but for 3sp it will do. It's a schar gluten free ciabatta roll, sprayed with garlic fry light. I'm not sure what to use them on. Having crisps, but don't have much else in until a food shop. Might have a crumpet :)

4lbs off at weigh in - really pleased with that :) Being semi on plan whilst away obviously worked! Today is treat day - I've tracked my brunch but won't bother tracking the cocktails or food that will be consumed to drown my sorrows before going back to work :) Happy Saturday!

Today could not be more depressing! Back to work tomorrow... and it's miserable outside :( Yesterday, I had a few drinks, a burger and chips and then tea and toast when I got in, so not too bad food wise, and it was treat day :)

Those enchiladas look fab for 12sp!!!! What time do you set your alarm for? Don't forget your packed lunch, mines in the fridge ready to pick up in the morning!!!! X
