Calories don't count on a weekend... (I wish.....)

It's red onion, passata, chilli powder, sweetener, balsamic vinegar and a shake of lea and perins :) xx

Does it taste like normal BBQ sauce? How comes it has points? X

Your resistance and willpower paid off and your gain is very minimal for that time of the month. I know you'll lose that and some next week. Your day sounds great today, I'm yet to try those patties!

The tracker says 1 sp for 3 tsp which I think is a tablespoon. Although it serves 2 so guess it's 0.5 I just track 1 to be on the safe side :) I think I could live off bagels. Especially now I've discovered cinnamon and raisin :)

That's the one Poppy had for breakfast today! And yes 3tsp is 1tbsp so better safe than sorry x

Another fab day :) Are you sure you're eating enough though? I've noticed you're not eating all your dailies and haven't touched your weeklies? Don't want you feeling deprived as the dailies especially are there to be used? X
 
Think I'm eating enough, I'm never hungry throughout the day. I use all my weeklies on a Saturday night lol! Might try and include an extra snack for break time next week - or maybe have some butter on my s/which :)
