Left laptop at work so haven't updated! Thank goodness it's the weekend. It's TOTM, I'm feeling absolutely crap. Bloated, huge and my scales say +4lbs even though I've been good all week

Thanks Serena. 1/2 lb on, so not too worried about that. I'm really proud that I cooked last night and didn't get takeaway. Before WW when I did SW, if I'd had a rubbish day at work I'd have eaten everything in sight.

Just realised I didn't reply..... balsamic vinegar is 1 sp for a tablespoon xx
The tracker says 1 sp for 3 tsp which I think is a tablespoon. Although it serves 2 so guess it's 0.5 I just track 1 to be on the safe side I think I could live off bagels. Especially now I've discovered cinnamon and raisin
