Hi everyone!

I'll be starting for the second time on sole source tomorrow.

I've recently seen my friend who has managed to lose 5st in 10 weeks and it's spurred me to try again!

I'm new to minimins and am trying to give myself accountability everyday by posting in my diary.

I'd love to chat to anyone also on cambridge and would love to support you through your journeys too :)

I'm starting at 13st 13.5lb but am going to try and reach my target weight of 9st. The journey will be long and I'm sure very hard but this time IS the last time!!!

Also, i'm giving myself 10 weeks to lose 35lb, my CDC has said this is achievable so hopefully I'll be 11st in August :))

Well I've had my first shake this morning and have brought my lunch shake out with me. Feeling pretty good at the mo x

Hello. Good luck today, keep busy it will take your mind off eating.

Keep us posted xx

Just had my evening soup, I'm still hungry but I have green tea and a bloody big bottle of water so just going to drink to put it off. I've made plans for the next few days to keep myself busy and am trying to be away from anything that might tempt me!
So glad it gets better after a few days!!

Day 2 started, currently watching Gino cooking steak and blue cheese sauce. This is not helping! I think a cold shower and a herbal tea is needed!
I had an ok nights sleep actually, I went to bed a bit earlier than usual just to get away from the kitchen.
I always make my husbands packed lunch and it was really really hard not to pull off the crusty bits from the cheese barms. I think I'm gonna have to stop buying him nice food!!!

Well day 3 done and dusted!
Didn't cheat but was very tempted after coming back from the gym! Had to make my husband's tea (breaded chicken with rice and curry sauce) and it smelt amazing! I just made my mango shake and got the hell out of there.
Based on how many flavours I got sick of last time I mainly just got sweet ones this time but am struggling now as I only have 2 soups left :/
I suppose the harder it is this week, the easier next week will be!
Xxxx

Welcome back and well done on your 3rd dayl It should start getting easier now.

I try to have as many diff flavours/textures as I can at home - you never know when you might suddenly want porridge or soup or a shake. And the variety helps with the boredom. That said, I know people on here who do the whole diet on a couple of shake flavours and 1 bar flavour!

Good luck!

Congrat's on getting back on the plan:), god, you have so much willpower making ur OH's food, dont think i could do that.
oh, what plan r u on (ss)

Hi, yes im on SS. Just 3 a day. :/
He's a lazy sod, he can make cheese on toast and cook a pizza. -that's about it, so unless he wants to be a chunk too, I have to look after him!
I know it's made it harder to not cheat but if I can abstain now when it's the most difficult time to get through then I'll be able to cope when we eventually have to go out. That's when I struggle most.
We have a friends wedding in August and his ex girlfriend will be there. I know it's really petty but I've never met her, I know she's roughly a size 14 and I desperately want to be thinner than her when he eventually meet! God! It's been nearly 9 years since they broke up! Ha! I'm a saddo, I know! :)
Ah well, whatever motivates me is a good thing right? Also I has this gorgeous ted baker skirt and basque that I'd love to wear for it and has been stored away for the last 6 years, so I hope I can get in that by August 5th.

Anyway, are you on Cambridge too? If so, what stage and for how long now? What's your progress been like? I'm in the app and haven't some enough posts to access profiles yet do sorry for the 20 questions!

Xxx

Just had the mango shake hot. Surprising nicer than cold for me! -tastes a bit like that white hot chocolate from options! Mmm x

Sometimes when you read your posts back you look thick as pig poo! I do actually know how to spell, false nails and autocorrect don't go well together!

Feeling absolutely miles better today, not felt hungry at all, tried to eat a bit later so I'm not ravenous after work tonight. I felt like that on Tuesday night so when I came home I just went straight upstairs and put the alarm on.

I've spent all day today having a clear-out of my wardrobe and organising my skinny clothes in order of when I'll need them first! Haha :)

Can't believe how long it's been since I've worn some of that stuff, ah well, won't be much longer!!

I don't think i could do it on just a few flavours, i need a bit of variety! I've written a shopping list for Monday so I don't forget what I want, very excited for soupy goodness! :) xx

Feeling a bit poo today. Not cheated at all, but I'm starting to get a bit bored of the flavours. I know it'll be better tomorrow as I've saved my two soups for the weekend. Can't seem to get the dry feeling out of my throat. :/ ah well, 65 days to go :)

I love that you organized your wardrobe! Make sure you don't wait too long. By the time I felt thin enough to try on my "skinny" clothes, I had already gotten too small for some of them, which was disappointing oddly, as they had been in the wardrobe waiting for soooooo long to get worn. Now they're off to the Salvation Army, so someone will get them. :)
