Cambridge daily diary

Ok, so I know I'm not meant to but I did a cheeky weigh-in at home today and was 11st3lb!! My CDC's scales are always 4lb more so I'd be 11st 7 with her. I can't believe how much weight has gone now!

In the past I could lose a bit of weight on any diet but would get bored after 3 weeks and revert back. It's been 6 years since I weighed this! Also, I'm at the half-way mark now. I'm aiming for 8st 7 which would be a 5st 7lb loss from almost 14st in June. I'm hoping with 3-5lb losses every week (2 off for good behaviour) I'll reach my goal by mid-November. :)

Also I can now fit comfortably into my Thinspiration Jeans so they're not fit for purpose anymore. I went to Next and bought a very pretty pair of boot cut jeans in a size 10. I tried the 12s on and although I had severe muffin top I got them fastened, so they wouldn't be useful for long. It's weird to think I was in 18s 10 weeks ago and now I fit 14s perfectly! I can't wait to wear them out. They're so small :D

Also my work pants are like elephant skins on me now so I've had to buy a new pair - actually a size 12. So happy with my progress, but very greedy for more!! :D

Only got two nights out planned between now and Xmas so don't think I should have too many distractions, I hope I can do it!! Xx

Haha, thanks dear! Been trying on clothes tonight and have had to chuck about two bin bags worth out because it they don't fit. I'm glad I'm smaller but I'm sad to be losing some of it! Looking forward to the October managers conference. Gonna get my drink on! Woop Woop!

Haha for sure x I still haven't thrown anything out yet even though there's no way my skinny ass will be wearing those clothes again :D ooo October we will be under tan aswell haha let's get it oooooon

Oh ya know food meh ;) I just can't bothered eating lol so I just force myself to have food every 4 hours or so x

OMG! Had half chocolate, half toffee and walnut hot for breaky... Mouthgasm! So so gorgeous! I'll definitely be having that again :D X

I think you'll need to have a big fat shopping spree soon or stu will be getting annoyed with you borrowing his clothes haha x

I think even after I come to the end of my Cambridge journey I'll still struggle to control myself with food. I have a plan for that but I'll never just not be bothered about it like you. Jealous times ;) x

Haha he's already started buying tops in small as I'm medium now ;) just had weigh in and lost 1lb lastweek and my CDC is grilling me about it lol she doesn't think I'm eating enough lol i just can't win x

So...
I'm back! Haha! Decided to set myself a few challenges for the next few months...

challenge 1: get to 11st by Sept 7th (7.5lb loss)
challenge 2: get to 10st 9lb by sept 14th for a girly night out (5lb in 7 days)
challenge 3: get to 10st by sept 30th (obviously more ambitious! - 9lb in 16 days)
challenge 4: get to 9st and goal by 30th November (final 14lbs in 61days)

I am planning on a holiday at some point in october, and despite my determination to lose my last 35lbs, I refuse to put my husband through the boredom of me not drinking and being fussy in restaurants, and also, I'm going to enjoy myself and eat what I like! Haha.

I feel like I've done pretty well, maintaining over the last 6 months-ish, but I'd like to rid myself of the last 17% once and for all. The more I can lose before I go on holiday the better, but I'll be careful not to make myself I'll and stick to plan as much as possible.

So... Yeah, I'll be updating everyday until I'm skinny! Lol x
