I want to get to 9st myself which I think I can achieve by year end but when I get there I might drop my goal to 8st7lb. I'll have to see what I look like first! ;)

I am new to this site aswell and new to Cambridge, started on Monday and am just ending my 3rd day.....Im on sole source, 4 shakes a day and I have a long way to go so hoping this site will help keep me motivated and answer all my queries along the way.....I must say so far (fingers crossed) Im finding it quite easy, Im not hungry at all and not been tempted and Im a girl who clearly likes her food!!!!! I just feel very tired all the time, have been keeping a full diary to keep busy....very excited about my first weigh in and seeing the results, hope mine are as good as so many others on here :)

I started on 20 Feb. I go to the US in 4 weeks. Looking forward to it!

Welcome to CD! You'll find it really does work and this site is a great place to come for support. I'm sure your weigh-in will be good and highly motivating!! :)
 
Really not having a good day today. There doesn't seem to be enough hours to do everything, I won't get to sleep until 5am, my husband has been a sod and I'm bloody starving!!! Grrr!

I need to get out of this mood! I feel desperate to eat but I'm not actually hungry. I need the comfort! I'm gonna go to work early. Need to get away from the kitchen.
 
Hey h why don't you get some celery? In week 4 I just needed to chew something and my CDC said I could have some celery x if you like it it could be a life saver lol x otherwise just drink some more water or even have some green tea :) you can do it xxx
 
Thanks hun. I haven't got any :( I'm out of the door in two minutes. Steve's on holiday from tonight so that's one lot of stress gone in the morning. I just need to buckle down bad get through it xx

Felt a bit better mood-wise today. My friend came round and ate all my naughty stuff so less temptation in the house now :)

Wellness-wise I have felt pretty bad for two days now, really woozy! Every time I get up my head spins. Tried to drink lots of water but not feeling any better. I've had to clean the house in preparation for a house viewing tomorrow and take my husband to the airport at 5am, I'm assuming this it whats causing it.

Any suggestions? Xx
 
Keep drinking the water - it wll keep your blood pressure up a bit so you feel less dizzy. Also, if you are doing lot of activity, you might want to consider eating a little protein (ie. hardboiled egg, small bit of chicken). I do this on the days I work out, as otherwise I can get quite dizzy.

Oh fabulous! I might try that then. I love eggs and have really missed them so might try this and see how i feel tomorrow. I think i'm going to try and leave a bit earlier tonight. I really don't feel very awake! my eyes keep glazing over! x x
 
Nope. I can't do it! I'm just going to bed. I'll see how I feel tomorrow and if I feel the same I'll call my CDC. I can't go off plan now!!

:( hope your ok h x I've missed eggs so much lol it's weird because you'd think we would miss something really bad like pizza but nope we miss something really good for you the INCREDIBLE EDIBLE EGG ^_^ also I have days where I stand up and feel dizzy I just put it down to the diet lol guess I was wrong

I'm the same, I've missed eggs and for some reason beans! - hardly ever have them! I feel a lot better today after a good sleep and I don't have anything left to clean so I'm just going to chill out. My cappuccino tasted soooo good this morning! Haha xx

Check with your CDC - it was mine who told me to eat an egg (70-80cal and pure protein so you stay in ketosis) or lean meat (100g or less). It really depends on the amount of activity you're doing and how dizzy you feel. My workout is 50min cardio, 20min strength and then I add, sometimes, situps, calf lifts, etc. I do that 4-5x per week and since I'm on ss 100%, my CDC was concerned that on the days I work out my calorie expenditure was approx 400 against a calorie intake of 500. The added protein is so that my body won't start using my muscles for energy.
