So here I am, been a busy 2 days, mostly off plan. Really struggling at the min with Christmas run up, cold weather, stress at work, social events and alcohol. But I'm not going to be that hard on myself as I'm right back on it today and am going to give it my all in January as its the holiday count down. So I'm going to be 100% truthful with my diary as no point hiding it.
Thursday - half a pineapple, muller , supernoodles, tapas (3 dishes in total) 1 slice of garlic bread. 3 glasses of prosecco, 1 large wine, 1 small wine. Oh and a mcflurry for desert, really wanted something sweet.
Friday - 2 weetabix, ss milk, coffee. (Went into town to find a top and was planning on getting a baked potato on my way back, only had 5 minutes and didn't have time went to greggs. Ended up.with the Christmas sandwich. Was delish but probably the worse one) and a packet of velvet crunch. Then got home and had half mixed kebab on naan, half chips, 3 mini hoi sin duck rolls, 3 more glasses of prosecco, 3 cans of Stella, bar of galaxy and a oaty bar.
ARGH!!!!!!!
its the alcohol that I'm not happy about as that's what made me want to eat more.
Feeling more positive today and planning on getting right back on it. It seems like I can't have a full week at the mo without going off plan at least 1 day.
