I have been a terror been sooo hungry and have eaten what I want Date has been cancelled aswell.
Missed weigh in for 2 weeks now. Going to move from a Saturday Morning to Tuesday weigh in. Not been on here much either need tp change this. The water infection and fibro hasn't helped this week much either.
But I have done my meal planner for the week, will go shopping laters. Have also decided to try smaller and more mini meals to try and kurb the hunger pains and try and give my body the energy it needs.
Also no choclate or fizzy drinks and reduce me caffiene intake, all of which been associated to increasing the pain.
Saturday Meal planner
Breakfast = 3pp
15g Toasted porridge oats 1pp
250ml skimmed milk 2pp
Apricot and banana 0pp
Lunch 7pp
100g morrisons cottage cheese 2pp
5 Ryvita thins 5pp
apple, pear 0pp
Dinner =9pp
60g of pasta (6 PP)
spinach
30g smoked salmon trimmings (1 PP)
1 tbsp WW creme fraise (1 PP)
10g of grated parmasan (1 PP)
snacks
10 hazelnuts 2pp
Medium skinny gingerbread latte 4pp
Crabbies 4pp
