So I've never done a diary before, and I thought now is as good a time as any to start.
It's day 6, weigh in tomorrow, and I'm doing ok.
This week has been tough, but I've been writing everything down as I drink/ eat? It, and noting feelings too.
So far I have noticed I'm not hungry in the mornings, or evenings particularly. I just *want* to eat. Habit I guess.
I've also noticed that my dd gives me her plate when she has finished out of habit - because I always finish it for her ( as well as my own plate of course!). So now I totally realise one place where I have been overheating. Bless her, she now tells me she has finished and pops her leftovers in the bin. The actual bin, not my mouth !
I'm loving the shakes so far, especially the Mango. Really really nice.
Water intake is about 3500ml a day, plus the liquid from coffee and the shakes so I'm hoping that's enough?
