Hey

Well at 11 stone I am a size 14 (although I never ever bought any size 14 clothes lol - leggings n long tops/dresses)
If say roughly at 10 stone I'm a size 12, at 9 stone I'm a size 10 and at 8stone I'm a size 8. My goal is 8stone10 so I can be a comfortable and small 10!

That's really interesting how different sizes work for different people even though we are the same height!
 
Know what u mean about this place being mo motivating I'm so glad I joined! I'm from south London what about u? What packs hav u had today? I ordered some things from slim and save website which is essentially the same as Cambridge so am gonna use those packs alongside the remaining Cambridge ones I have. It's cheaper and I didn't find the counsellor very nice to be honest! But completed 3 weeks officially and am now on day one of week4!!! Hope day one is going well x

yeh my consultant was ok.. but wasnt anything amazing, do you think those replacement packs you can buy simular ones elsewhere but sort of follow the same way as this diet?

This is about right for me too - although I'm only 5ft! I think its because I did a lot of dancing when I was young, so have always held a large amount of muscle. Well that...and I've got enormoboobs! Very heavy! ;-)
Guess it might not still be the case - as its been so long!
I'm just 12st and have just become a comfortable size 14. So I think I'm on track to be a size 10 after a further 3stone loss.

I always get frustrated taller people can be within 'healthy' weight range from a size 14 downwards. When I was 18 I was wearing a size 8, but technically overweight at 9.5st!
 
Yea there's a section for it on this forum. They taste good I don't buy shakes as didn't like them the Cambridge shakes are nicer but there are meals and porridges and bars and they r all nice! And yes it's exactly the same as cambridge plan (it's a VLCD which puts u in ketosis which is what Cambridge is) google website maybe if it's of interest ;-) x

im nearly on my 50 post so will be able to PM you :)

i may just stick to the cambridge one for a bit and then see how it goes, if its a cheaper option i may too change but il see how this goes so far

Yea I did Cambridge first 3 weeks so just get into it first n c what ud rather do in a few weeks jus thought id let u into my new found secret stash haha. What area I. London r u from? Hehe u musta been posting away! X

yeh im gona try the CD diet for a few weeks and see how that goes and get all the info i need then if the slim and save is exactly the same without the consultant then i may do that myself, il just buy myself a tape measure and i have scales at home anyways hehe
 
Yea good plan- also had a day off today so this forum has prevented me going off course - 3 weeks in I'm getting a little reminiscent of food! But I did it wrong last time so very determined to do it properly this time and all the way through til the final stage! Ah I have family in north London x

Madness! But at 5ft - bmi 25 is 9st 2lb. I was muscley when I was young though. I must have lost that now!
 
I guess times like this is when it's clear BMI is a guide. They needed an easy way to classify body fat but there are lots of people who fall into obese or overweight categories but aren't really- my brother for example was "obese" when really he was in good shape and muscley!

Hehe yes!! When we feel weak think how disappointed we will be in each-other! We should look forward to telling eachother our achievements :)
