Sorry to hear you didn't have much of an appetite but you need to keep eating even if you don't really fancy it! Calorie dense foods such as nuts/dried fruit are great for times when you aren't too hungry and don't want to eat crap just for the sake of it. Bet there's some AP earned from all of that gardening too!

Must keep that in mind Jaly.. and I do like nuts as well.
Actually liquorice is a fav of mine but I also eat it as it acts as a laxative for me..so dual purpose.. :D

Am hoping that this will be a better try at getting to grips with WW..
Lots of things going on at the mo'..like next TMA due next Friday noon and have piles of studying to catch up with... :beam:

Aww, you're a very busy lady and it's only normal to take a break from tracking once in a while! Glad to hear you're back on it though! We missed youuuu! Good luck with the assignment and the studying!

I have this compulsion to add up all the time so calorie counting is an obsession.
ProPoints are a different game..but I WILL get into it!! .. :girlpower:

Very hot again today. Too much for me.
Press on regardless...

Just had a phone call from my youngest D and am soo pleased. Had a lovely chat...really made my day.. :)

Foodwise..not too bad.
Breakfast - Branflakes 30g + Milk (+ day) 3/4pt
Lunch - Rice cakes 3 + L.C.Cheese 1 + Ham 1oz
Snacks - Pear + Strawberry Icecream Cone + Liquorice 2oz
Dinner - Tuna 70g + Salad + S.Cream 30g + Yogurt
Supper - Banana + Jelly sugar free

Total = 30PP
