ProPoints (changing to Low Carb now.)

You best learn a foreign language then ;0) in fact it looks like you are starting to as you've had a good day! Yup I strongly believe that the moon can effect alot of people's mood!

Thanks Moonwatcher...and why are you called that? Do you watch the moon?
I know it has dramatic affects on some people...my ex was a right swine most of the time but on a full moon he used to go totally bonkers and violent.

Didn't follow a particularly healthy eating plan today but after doing a very honest PP count am amazed to find it totals to 31.
Have eaten a lot of fruit and also had my first cup of cranberry green tea which was not as bad as I had expected.
Hopes for the old woman yet!! .. :D

I studied Astrology for a long time - what I call real Astrology - not the 'pop' kind in most magazines. I used to do private Astrology sittings and write a column for a local magazine. I was even featured in 'Let's Talk' a few years ago - as you are in Norwich you may know the magazine? As a result of that I went on Radio Norfolk to do an interview (nerve-wracking!) - my fiften minutes of fame heh? :D It's more of a hobby now though.

Well done on eating plenty of fruit yesterday. I have been a bit lacking on the fruit and veg front this week - I need to put that right over the next few days!

Can imagine the little bit of fame being nerve wracking but great stuff!
My little bit of fame..if you could call it that..was being a front line dancer at line dancing events. I could always remember lots of dances and would be called on to start them etc. and I was a pretty good dancer as well..(says she being very modest!! .. :D )

Always loved dancing. Did a lot of ballroom and jive when I was young but with the line dancing you don't need a partner which was great... It's the only thing that I really, really miss and even now have a little cry now and again!..
No fun getting old and decrepid..

Haha at the picture, sad but true ;0) my Mum brought all us girls up dancing(not sure about my brother) and later on in life if we went to a party she would dance the night away even though she knew she wouldn't be able to walk much the next day! Love the feeling you can get from dancing, even if it's just dancing around the front room, did that with my own children and still do with my daughter sometimes though we mainly 'rock out' :0)

That picture made me giggle :p The dancing sounds impressive though, I love dancing but am too 'stiff' - no pun intended, especially with the previous picture :p I have the rhythm/co-ordination but just can't seem to make my moves 'flow' haha :)

Hope you've had a nice day Emma!

I was about to delete that picture as I wondered whether it might offend someone.
Glad you found it a bit amusing.
As for the dancing...when I used to go to it on a Saturday evening there was a couple who were positively hopeless at keeping to the rhythm and a lot of people would laugh at them. I always made a point of encouraging them to keep going if that was what they enjoyed. It turned out that she had an awful nervous complaint and dancing helped her to keep a good spirit and surmount her problems. As long as you enjoy something why shouldn't you do it?

Had a good day diet wise. 25PP total so far and will be having a yogurt and a milky drink for supper.

Had a bit of a bad couple of days..pain in my back was really bad so had to keep in bed with a hot water bottle on it for quite a while. Much better today thank goodness. Went into the city and paid the balance on my Xmas cruise. Stopped in at Jarrolds restaurant and had a cheese scone and cuppa...scones are humongous but delish!! Didn't have anything else to eat apart from a bacon sarnie tonight and some fruit. PP worked out at 37 which is not bad under the circumstances... well pleased... :D

Sorry to hear about your bad back. :(

The cruise sounds exciting. Where are you going?

Jarrold's Cheese Scones - legendary! I can almost taste it now! :D

Thanks MW...Back problem is always with me ...poor old sod that I am..:D
Going to the Canary Isles and then via Portugal on the way back. Went last year as well but didn't get off the ship as I thought coaches just put you off somewhere and then picked up later but apparently not...you can stay on the coach and just go round for the tour which I didn't find out till the last day!! So that's why I am going again.

Aww Shame you missed out last time, cruise sounds amazing!
Sorry to hear about your back though! I hope you have a nice weekend :0)
