STS once again.

Am really going to kick myself into gear this week!
Don't have anything to go out for..no appointments .. no visits..etc. etc.. :D .. just my TMA to prepare and submit before Friday, so nothing to get in the way of being 100%..(or even 90% will suffice.)
 
The veg burgers I got before joining WW so they are 10pp each! So I don't know if you'd want to try them as I'm sure there are lower pointed ones out there!

Breakfast - Branflakes 30g + Milk (+) 1/2pt
Lunch - Bread 2sl + Butter + Tuna 70g + S.Cream + Lettuce
Snacks - Pears sm 2 + Banana + Sugar 1tspn + Bread 1sl + Butter
Dinner - Egg 1 + Cheese 30g + Salad + S.Cream 30g
Supper - Tesco Yogurt

Total = 33PP

Line been down all day.. apparently something to do with an accident in Honnington..wherever that is..? TalkTalk have been very good in that they divert calls to a mobile phone so no connections are not lost in the meantime.

Back pain been a right bummer and have spent 60% of today either in bed or laying back in my chair. So no proper meals had as it's a case of grabbing what I can from the kitchen. Getting close to chucking in the towel re my studies..:argh:

Menu today has been -
Breakfast - "Graze Box" snacks
Lunch - Bread 1sl + Butter + Ba.Beans 2oz + Egg poached
Snack - Liquorice 2oz
Dinner - Rice Cakes 3 + Cheese 30g + Beetroot + Juice
Supper - Peach slices in Juice + Yogurt

Total = 25PP

I am just SOO fed up with myself... :banghead:
I give such a lot of (hopefully) helpful info and encouragement to others and am useless at keeping to my own diet!
I have been looking for other ways of getting my head into gear ... :gen147:
Tomorrow is another day.. I just have to find a way to lose this weight...
Keeping on the WW diet would be a good start .. :sigh:
 
Aw, we all have off-plan days from time to time hun! xx Big hugs :) It was your birthday too! Hope you manage to get your head around the eating habits too though remember WW is intended as a life-change, not a diet :)

I know it has dramatic affects on some people...my ex was a right swine most of the time but on a full moon he used to go totally bonkers and violent.

Didn't follow a particularly healthy eating plan today but after doing a very honest PP count am amazed to find it totals to 31.
Have eaten a lot of fruit and also had my first cup of cranberry green tea which was not as bad as I had expected.
Hopes for the old woman yet!! .. :D
