I'm back
Had a weekend filled with mostly terrible food choices, I drank a bottle of wine over 3 days, but had lots of fun with my friends
Had the pizza and game night on Friday, on Saturday went to the Christmas Fayre at work with my friends and then we went for coffee and in the evening I went to see the War of the World's stage show
Sunday was spent at home catching up on housework, cleaning animal stuff, and some chill-out time with the dogs.
Back to work today and I was on kennels and knackered!!!
Back on plan now. But for December I am upping my daily syn allowance to 12 because Mum got me an advent calendar
Hopefully it wont make too much of an impact.
Monday food: Green Day + 10 syns.
Breakfast: Porridge, raisins, Splenda, and Almond milk (about 1/4 of HexA + 2)
Break: Banana and an Activia.
Lunch: Pasta, Quorn pieces, peppers, mushroom, green beans, courgette, sweetcorn, and tomatoes in some Reggae Reggae. With salad and a bit of dressing (1)
Afternoon break: Clementine and a small apple.
Tea (I was starving!): 2 jacket spuds, half a tin of beans, 3 Linda M Sausages, some grilled Quorn ham (was hoping it might be like bacon *shakes head*), cheese, and bbq sauce. (HexA + 1)
Snack: Weetabix with Splenda and warm almond milk (another 1/4 HexA) Advent Calendar chocolate (1)
HexA: Almond Milk/ + cheese.
HexB: porridge + Weetabix.
