Tuesday: Urgh I feel so rubbish today. My head feels very heavy and cloudy and painful. My neck is really sore too. I think it's probably all anxiety related, esp after yesterday. But I still feel awful :( Supposed to be doing coursework but I just can't face it. My head hurts so much! Will see how I feel later and try and make a start on the next assignment. I'm glad I got an assignment done last week! And I do have some more time off coming up before Christmas :)

Anyway, food. I think a Green Day is needed today. Need my comforting carbs ;)

Lunch: Gingerbread porridge, raisins, Splenda, half a tsp of honey, banana, and 130mls of hazelnut milk. (Kinda half a HexA + 2.5)

Tea: 6 Quorn nuggets, Low Fat Supernoodles, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, cheese, 1/2tbsp of bbq sauce, and 1tbsp of extra light mayo. (rest of HexA + 4)

Snacks: A nectarine, an Activia fat free, and an Oaty Bar. (HexB)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.

HexA: hazelnut milk/cheese
HexB: porridge + Oaty Bar
Syns used: 6.5

Exercise: A bit of a tidy up, hoovering, and cleaning the bunnies. I forgot to do the arm exercises. I got in to bed and then was way too tired. I'm starting to see a difference in my arms now though :)

I got some great bargains online tonight with holiday stuff! I found a great site that supplies thermal base layer stuff. So got an extra pair of thermal leggings and a long sleeve top and 6 pairs of thin base layer type socks. 3 pairs have snowflakes/Nordic design on ;) No one will see them seen as they'll be under a billion other layers, but still :p
Also won a Fat Face jumper on eBay for £10 inc p+p. And it's perfect for the holiday coz it's fleece lined and made from wool and alpaca wool :D Snuggly!! Apart from maybe an extra 'top layer'/thick jumper I'm done for clothes now!! All that's left to buy now is a spare camera battery, some first aid type stuff, and some snacks to take. All the food's provided, but they do recommend taking some snacks like chocolate and dried fruit. I wonder if I'll manage to lose any weight having to put my body through coping with up to -30oC for 10 days? I bet I'll put weight on, knowing me!!
We have a couple of days off in between the holidays so I've been researching restaurants, cafe's, and bars. One of the cafe's apparently does the best and biggest cinnamon buns. Hell yes!! lol
 
Wednesday: Going to see Twilight in a bit. Luckily I get in free with an Orange Wednesday on my Sister's Cineworld card ;) Because I know today's food will be very low syn I'm going to take a Funsize bag of Maltesers with me.

Lunch: Jacket spud, 2 LindaM sausages, half a tin of beans, cheese, salad, beetroot, a drizzle of dressing and 1/2tbp of bbq sauce (half HexA + 1)

At the cinema: Funsize Maltesers (5)

Tea: Tin of chickpea daal with added onion, chestnut mushrooms, red & yellow peppers, spinach, butternut squash, Quorn Lamb strips, and heaps of spices. Having it with a packet of Chinese Rice and cottage cheese.

Snack: Chocolate porridge, Splenda, and Almond Milk (rest of HexA + HexB) And a nectarine/tangerine/clementine looking thing.

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Coke Zero.

Exercise: 20min walk with Ellie and 30min walk with Dave. Thought I'd take advantage of it not raining for once! Will try and remember to do my arm exercises tonight too.

Tea: 1 syn chilli from the freezer with packet golden rice, cheese, cottage cheese, salad, beetroot + red cabbage, and dressing. (rest of HexA + 1.5)

Snack: Oaty Bar and a Highlights made with almond Milk ( HexB + HexA + 2)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke

HexA: cheese + Almond Milk
HexB: bread + Oaty Bar

Exercise: 1hr dog walking. 30mins with each dog. I went out that prepared for the cold I ended up way too hot lol. Walking and getting my circulation going really helps with the condition I have. Took about 15mins for my toes to start feeling better :) Will do arm exercises too.

Didn't do too bad saving 20 syns for my pizza night and inevitable cake from the Christmas Fayre. I know it won't even start to cover whatever I eat, but makes me feel a bit better thinking I've worked hard to be good and save syns. My Mum and sister had a chippy tea again tonight :rolleyes: :hide:
 
I'm back :D Had a weekend filled with mostly terrible food choices, I drank a bottle of wine over 3 days, but had lots of fun with my friends :D Had the pizza and game night on Friday, on Saturday went to the Christmas Fayre at work with my friends and then we went for coffee and in the evening I went to see the War of the World's stage show :) Sunday was spent at home catching up on housework, cleaning animal stuff, and some chill-out time with the dogs.
Back to work today and I was on kennels and knackered!!! ;)
Back on plan now. But for December I am upping my daily syn allowance to 12 because Mum got me an advent calendar ;) Hopefully it wont make too much of an impact.

Monday food: Green Day + 10 syns.
Breakfast: Porridge, raisins, Splenda, and Almond milk (about 1/4 of HexA + 2)
Break: Banana and an Activia.
Lunch: Pasta, Quorn pieces, peppers, mushroom, green beans, courgette, sweetcorn, and tomatoes in some Reggae Reggae. With salad and a bit of dressing (1)
Afternoon break: Clementine and a small apple.
Tea (I was starving!): 2 jacket spuds, half a tin of beans, 3 Linda M Sausages, some grilled Quorn ham (was hoping it might be like bacon *shakes head*), cheese, and bbq sauce. (HexA + 1)
Snack: Weetabix with Splenda and warm almond milk (another 1/4 HexA) Advent Calendar chocolate (1)

HexA: Almond Milk/ + cheese.
HexB: porridge + Weetabix.

Tuesday: Really tired from work. And I've stupidly swapped to an early tomorrow, but only a half day, and doing Thurs as an extra day to help out coz we're so short staffed. Thurs is a full day. AND I'm in this weekend :cry:

Wednesday: ZOMG I'm SO tired!!! I regretted swapping my shift to an early as soon as my alarm went off at am. And I've agreed to do the full day early tomorrow so I'll be friggin' zombified by the end of tomorrow. And then one day off before I do my hideous weekend 10.hr days But I've found out that I'm owed an immense amount of holiday and lieu I didn't know I had so after this week I wont be back in work until Christmas day *sulk* and then I'm off until NYE then working that weekend and then I have no idea. The head vet said my January looks like I'll only be working the weekend shifts I'm rota'd to do, that's it :confused: When I asked for time off over my birthday I didn't expect a month ;) Hopefully I will get my ass in gear and make good use of my time off and kick this work course's ass coz it's doing my head in!

Tea: Mac & cheese, a 'beef' and onion Quorn burger, and a micro bag of veg. Bit of bbq sauce and salad dressing (3 + HexA) I think those burgers are free aren't they? They're the chilled ones.
Snack: Advent calendar chocolate. Oaty Bar

HexA: Cheese + milk/almond milk
HexB: Porridge + Oaty Bar

Exercise: Working and quite a bit of walking. Walked to and from bus stops, through Huyton village/shops and Asda, and a 40min round trip to the Dr's. Arm exercises.

So I'm not sure my Dr likes me anymore. I went in with a list and was in there over 20mins..... :eek: Well, it all kinda happened at once lol!
The important bits were that he agrees with me (but will wait till he gets his letter/clinical report from my heart consultant) that the blood tests are unnecessary and that the Raynauds isn't secondary to some rheumatological issue. Or not a separate rheumatological thing anyway. So hopefully once he gets the letter he will stand by that. I got the clinical report today and it's not put across as urgent or necessary, more of a 'oh btw, just in case'. But they can get lost ;) And my Dr says he thinks it's just Raynauds anyway!
BUT because I'm in so much discomfort with my knees and my bloody old lady hip I am being sent for x-rays. Huzzah for non-invasive diagnostics ;) And it's just a walk-in thing so I can go whenever :D Hopefully this will prove that the pain I'm getting in those joints is 'mechanical' rather than an illness causing inflammation and stuff.
I don't need vaccinations for Sweden.
The sore patch on my eye lid I should continue to salt water bathe and put nice moisturiser on.
My hands are f*cked from a contact allergy (something at work) so I have a hydrocautisone cream and an aqueous one.
I need to try and calm down as much as possible because my anxiety is going nuts at the moment. At least we know it's a 'symptom' off all the crap that's been going on, and that is good to know, BUT it's really frustrating. Especially when my brain manages to override the sleeping pills :( He said I could take too, but rather than make me sleep they'd make me very dopey and feel awful the next day. I get a sleeping pill 'hangover' just taking one! So I try to get away with a half a one when I need them.
Oh and I got my injection in my ass cheek :p It's the Depo injection, not that I'm using it for contraception :rolleyes: But it REALLY helps my awful, unreliable periods. So tis good :)

I tried to go through each bit really really fast! I felt bad, but usually I'm in and out in a couple of minutes, so I think it's fare to finally use up some owed time lol!!
 
Thursday: Really looking forward to my lunch :D Think I might have it as one of my weekend lunches too! Doing an extra work day today because we're desperately short of staff. On an early, so 8-4:30. Haven't decided yet, but might treat myself to a Costa on the way home :whistle:

Got myself a medium Costa hot chocolate with sugar free caramel in. I needed something after these horrible 4 days in work! So glad I have a day off before the weekend :rolleyes:
