Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Friday: Got about 9hrs sleep, which should hopefully prepare me a bit for my weekend at work! Had some horrible dreams though :(
Not planning on doing much today. I need to hoover the living room (think there's more dog on the carpet than the dogs!), sort out the bunnies, make my work lunch, and get a shower ;)
Just watching some tv and then it's lunch time. Been looking forward to this, my first full English of the week  Om nom! Not sure what I'm having for tea yet. Decisions, decisions!

I wrapped all my friends and my Secret Santa's Christmas presents and wrote all my work Christmas cards. I hate wrapping presents, I'm terrible at it!! lol. Just my Mum, Sister, and my Sis' boyfriend's left to wrap. Oh and the dogs stuff ;) They LOVE opening presents!

Hope everyone's had a nice day and has a great weekend.xx

I wrote a lovely long reply earlier and then I pressed the back button on my phone!! Darn.

I love a full English! Usually cook it as a midweek tea for us all.... Def gonna have one next week...and its so easy to make sw friendly.

:( about all the work.....I recently left my job as a housekeeper cause it was completely wearing me out... So now I'm known as a stay at home mum whilst the other half slaves away for us lol.

I noticed you suffer from anxiety...I do too. Mostly social anxiety.. those close to me know how much it affects me but others prob wouldn't realise as I can come across as a confident person
Do you have panic attacks? Worse things ever..... Haven't had one for a few months now thank god xx

Hey dude! It's so annoying when you lose a whole post!! How're you doing?
I LOVE my job and it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. But my God it's hard work, and more so at the moment with all the crap that's going on. Didn't have too bad a day today though, so don't feel quite so drained. Just tired! I've even made 3 kitty friends this week, which is an absolute miracle considering I'm a dog and bunny person ;) One's a stray and I wants it lol.

Yeah, depression and anxiety. Such a joy ;) I haven't had a proper, full on panic attack for a long time now. But I do get mild ones fairly frequently, usually at work or in crowded places like Supermarkets and the town centre. My iPod has made dealing with 'outside' so much easier! Yeah, apparently I come across as a really confident person. it's so weird isn't it, coz I know I feel like I'm the shyist person on earth.

I had a pretty epic breakfast for my tea tonight ;) x

ZOMG I'm so tired!!!!!!!!!!!! Think I'll go pick some chocolate, make a drink, watch an ep of Alpha's, and then head to bed. My hair's still a bit damp from my post-work shower. I felt so disgusting after work today! Could have stayed in the shower for ever lol!

I decided to do an all Green Day week last week to see if it effected my losses at all. I even had two HexA's on a lot of days. Any difference to my weight? Nope, by Sunday I had lost a bit, but still hovering around the 71.5kg mark  I don't understand. When I trialled lower daily syns and doing around 3 EE days a week I lost 2 weeks in a row, but then it stopped and I've sts for aaaaaaages! And even trying just Green Days didn't make my weight go up or down.
I know it's a bit hard to judge at the moment when I've had a few off plan days, but it is frustrating. I know it's going to be tough for the next month with Christmas, New Year, and a LOT of 30th Birthday celebrations. I'll have to be very good on the days I can and then go all out once my birthday is out of the way. I would like to lose another half a stone before I go on my holiday. The clothes pretty much all fit comfortably, but there's not much room for layering-esp on top. So would like a bit more off just so I know I will be comfortable if I need to do 2 or 3 top layers.

THREE MONTHS TO GO!!! So I'll have roughly 6 weeks after my birthday till I leave for Sweden! Hmmmmm, I feel a massive exercise boost will be needed! Hopefully I'll know soon enough what's going on with my knees and I can get back in to running. When I eventually get my car I'm gonna start swimming again. And I really hoped I'd have my bike by now  Oh well, I shall just have to try my best and hope it works. Any cheer-leading, motivation, and kick's up the a*se are very much appreciated!!

Monday: Finally a day off :happy036: I feel awful though. So stressed and anxious and really down :( Anyways, I put Ralph and Ramona in the garden run together again today and they looked like they were getting on a little better. I saw some 'nose bumps' and some sniffing, and less chasing and nipping ;) Hopefully getting her spayed soon so that will help a lot :)
Tried to have a relaxing day but the bunnies needed a good clean, the garden needed de-poo'ing (trying to keep on top of it!), sorted out everyone elses washing so I can do some tomorrow, had a tidy, etc.... I just feel so anxious and my head is so 'heavy'!

Food today:

Lunch: 2 Linda M Sausages, cheesy scrambled eggs (philadelphia, cheese, peppers, and mushrooms), half a tin of spaghetti, wholemeal bread, and half tbsp of tomato sauce. (1.5 + half HexA + HexB)

Tea: Stew! It's a prepared bag with red onion, leeks, carrots, turnip, and new potatoes in. Added extra spuds, sweet potato, peas, and Quorn mince ;) Some stock and gravy in it too I'm finally gonna try Smash! And some red cabbage with it :) (3 for gravy)

Snack: 2 Weetabix, Splenda, 1/2tsp of Honey, and 140ml's of Hazelnut milk (rest of HexA + half a syn) 1 Advent calendar chocolate (1)

HexA: Cheese/Hazelnut milk
HexB: Bread + Weetabix
Syns used: six
Syns saved: 4
Exercise: Housework/animal stuff. Arm exercises.

I was having a think last night, while I was trying to fall asleep, about my work lunch on Christmas Day. Yeah, I'm pretty sure this isn't normal, but still ;)
I won't be on plan Christmas Day, because it's Christmas AND if I have to do a 10hr work shift I'm going to bloody well enjoy it

Breakfast will either be veggie sausage on very thick/uncut wholemeal or mega seedy bread or peanut butter and jam/chocolate spread on said bread. One of my Christmas treats to me is peanut butter and chocolate spread. I can't trust myself with only 1tbsp any other time of the year ;)

Lunch I think I might get a nice chunky Covent Garden soup carton to have with crusty bread with one of the nice Philly Lights on. We're all bringing nibbly bits to share too, so I think soup is a good choice. I might take Quorn mini scotch eggs and mini sausages :D The nurse who's doing Xmas Day is getting a family visit and she said her Mum will make us a cake!!!

Tea will be the mahoosive roast dinner Mum makes. Feel bad that Mum, Rachelle, and her boyf will have to wait till at least 8:30 to have their tea

Tuesday: God I feel awful today. The b*stard depression has made a big jump to the surface and is messing with my brain. I'm so tired, my head feels heavy, I'm really jittery, very short tempered, and just generally feel awful :( I'm not surprised considering all the sh*t that's going on, but I hoped it wouldn't get this bad. I haven't felt like this in quite a while
I've just made myself eat and feel a little less nauseous.

Todays food: Green Day + 10

Lunch: Gingerbread porridge, Splenda, raisins, banana, 1/2tsp of honey, and 150mls Hazelnut milk. (HexB + part of HexA + 2.5)
A clementine and an Activia.

Tea: M&S Count On Us roasted veg lasagne (God I've missed these!) with 2 small jacket spuds, and a little microwave bag of veg (mangetout, broccoli, and carrots), cheese, 20g peppers Philly, and extra light mayo. (half HexA + 5)

Snack: Cheese and tomato toasty with a tiny bit of Philly instead of spread or sauce. (HexB + HexA + 1/2 syn)

HexA: Hazelnut milk/cheese + cheese
HexB: Porridge + bread
Syns used: 8
Syns saved: six
Exercise: Hoovering and arm exercises. Bit of walking round the retail park. Lame!

Yay! We had an unscheduled trip to the retail park. Got a pair of Skinny jeans in a size 12! Got them home and realised they're too big  Every time I move they end up half way down my bum and give me Nora Batty looking legs. Surely I can't be needing to buy size 10 skinny jeans?!!! That's mental! I have a belly and lumpy bumpy bits, why on earth would a 10 fit?!
Also treated myself to tea from M&S. I LOVE their food so much!

Oooooh yay!!! How exciting!! At my lowest I was a size 10 but was still very wobbly in the stomach area.

The M&S party food advert really makes me hungry.....the food looks amazing1 x

I just can't see me in a size 10. It's not right lol! I'm not really near target or look like what I expected a size 10 to look like! I guess the jeans are very stretchy  Wish I'd have picked up the 10's now, but I didn't think there was any way. I really thought I'd need the 14's coz they're skinny. I'm very confused lol.

Also just done something I hardly ever do. Had quite a big late night snack! Had a cheese and tomato toastie with a tiny bit of Philly instead of 'butter'. I was just suddenly very, very hungry and didn't fancy something sweet. What's happened to me?! lol.

Oh yeah, M&S party food looks amazing. Shame there isn't more veggie stuff! I so want to try the salted caramel profiteroles!!

Wed: Just a quick one today coz I feel rubbish and you don't need to read my whinging. Went to the pics to see Sightseers, which is fab! Disturbing, but brilliant. I was so hungry and just wanted to eat everything! We went in to a few shops and Costa as well as the cinema (which is an independent and has a cafe, bar, and snack stand!) and I wanted crisps, chocolate, popcorn, cake, everything!!! But I went for a medium soy milk mint hot chocolate from Costa and that was it. Counting syns for that and a HexA :)

HexA: Soy milk + cheese
HexB: Bread + Alpen Lights
Syns used: six.five
Syns saved: 9.five. Not as many as I wanted as tomorrow wont be a terribly on plan day!
Exercise: Quite a bit of walking.

Whinge away! I find these diaries great for letting it out......although mine makes me look extremely indecisive right now.....not inspirational at all lol.

Those mint hot chocolates are really nice......have you tried the black forest one? Sounds nice but I don't want to waste syns lol x

I've had the honeycomb one and that was massively disappointing! Could barely taste the chocolate, never mind anything else. I tried the Blackforest one last year but I don't remember it being anything special

I'm just feeling so low and hopeless right now. I need to get through it, but it'll take time and it's horrible how much time it takes! But thank you :) x

So yeah, today was off plan. Not horrifically so.
Had a slice of cheese on toast with spicy green lentil soup at the veggie place for lunch.
A soy/sugar free caramel macchiatto at Starbucks (nope, I really can't have milk of any kind with coffee!!)
A cheese and pepper toastie (on white bread ) 2 glasses of mulled wine, and a mince pie at a lovely bar at the Albert Dock.
A Christmas biscuit and 3 advent chocolates.
I am a bit hungry though so think I'll have some porridge or Weetabix.
Obv using up saved syns and todays syns. Won't cover it, but it'll help :)

ETA: I couldn't face anything else sweet so I'm having a low fat oven chip butty (wholemeal bread) with mayo & a bit of sauce :)

I had my x-rays done this morning. Less than half an hour without needing an appointment! Had a full pelvis done, a side/flexed view of each knee, and a front/standing view of my knees too. Hopefully show what the bloody hell's going on so I can get some treatment. Even physio and pain management will do! I don't want surgery!! Would just like to know what's going on with everything to be honest. My old lady hip is sore today :(

Met my friend who was visiting from Leeds and we went for lunch and a wander round the shops. My other friend met us at Starbucks and a bit later we went over to the bar.
Absolutely FREEZING today!!!
I went to Black's and bought some glove liners. Hopefully they're worth the tenner. When I got home yesterday all of my fingers were completely white and numb! When the blood started flowing the pain was unbelievable. I have a fairly high pain threshold, but I stood in the living room, cradling my hands, and crying. I NEVER cry from physical stuff  So hopefully the glove liners will help. It says they boost the warmth/thermalness (yes that's totally a word!) by 20%. So, fingers crossed, literally :)
