Lunch: 2 Linda M sausages, half a tin of spaghetti hoops, cheesy scrambled eggs, crispy potatoes, wholemeal toast, and tomato sauce (half HexA1, HexB1, + 1)

Before cinema: Pineapple Activia.
At cinema: Chewy Delight (HexB2)

Tea: Quorn lamb grill, Mac & Cheese Pasta n Sauce, cheese, salad, and very low cal dressing (HexA2 for Kara and cheese + 2)

Snack: Orange Breakaway (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke.

Syns used: 8

Thursday Plan:

Lunch: 2 Weetabix, banana, 2tsp of Maple syrup, and kara milk (Part HexA1, HexB1, + 1)
Cherries and an Activia.

At the cinema: Maybe some vegan fizzy sweets. Goody Good Stuff if anyone's interested :)

Tea: Home made roasted veg ratatouille with Quorn meatballs, cheese, and spaghetti. (half HexA1)
Side salad: Mixed leaves, little gem. cucumber, orange plum cherry tomatoes, feta, and v low cal dressing (HexA2)

Dessert!!! Carrot cake because potential boyf sticks to chocolate and he said he'd like to try it. Got a Ben and Jerry's core sundae to go with it. Choice of Karamel Sutra and Blondie Brownie. Or all of the above :p

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. And the potential's bringing some beer :)
 
Haha yup! Rather knackered lol. But I did take the whole sleeping tablet and thankfully it worked :) Slept solidly for about 8hrs and then snoozed on and off for a couple of hours. Still feel exhausted, but a little clearer at least :)

God I'm so nervous for today! Also wish it wasn't so hot coz I'm all sweaty and gross. Tonight's going to be fun sharing a bed in this heat!! :eek:

Had a bit of a crappy start to the day. Dave's off his food and looks all sad and stuff. He does get an 'off' stomach every so often. And Ellie vomited up her breakfast, but it's ok, coz she ate it again. Animals are disgusting :p Lucky Ellie does that really because she has very expensive meds in her breakfast!! I think it's probably the heat, the poor things :(

Ah well I've done all the tidying up and cleaning stuff. Just my lunch dishes to do. I've had a nice long shower and will hopefully smell nice for at least a bit lol.
Just gonna relax now until he gets here. Well, try and relax lol. xx
 
Hope date night went ok !! Glad you have an earlier Appt now - got my fingers crossed for you .. & hope the pets are ok in this heat, poor little babies xx

Oh it's exhausting being so nervous lol! I did have a really nice time tho :)

The dogs weren't too good yesterday. Ellie only vomited the once, but Dave must have done it about 4 times :( And he'd not eaten, so was just water and grass. Poor little boy :( I made him pasta and turkey ham for his tea and he wolfed it down. They've both been much better today, thankfully :)

It was really nice having John over. We had an hour of chatting before we had to go to the cinema and I decided to drive seen as he'd driven over from Chester. Hope my driving was ok! I'm overly critical of myself so was really worried.
He enjoyed Despicable Me 2 and I think I cried even more with laughter this time. It's SUCH a good film! I was so in to it I forgot about my vegan sweets!! And that was the 3rd time I'd seen it lol.
He came out to see the bunnies while I fed and cleaned them. He likes animals but has never had a pet!!
We had tea and watched an ep of Archer, then Scott Pilgrim, then Dr Horrible :D We didn'y have cake last night, but I did have 3 beers. I was just glad I managed to eat my tea. I really toned down the portions coz I knew I'd struggle to eat in front of him. But I managed to finish it. Couldn't cope with the cake as well tho :eek:

Today he was an absolute star and built my chest of drawers and bedside cabinet! I just sat on my bed reading and drinking coffee. He was SO good and wouldn't let me help lol.
Later on we drove up to the woods - was too hot to walk Dave up in the sun. It was lovely and shaded and cool in there. I LOVE forests :D We met some nice dogs too. Even met a Belgian Shepherd called Jack. They're beautiful dogs!
We walked Ellie round the local park and were lucky enough to not bump in to any dogs *phew*

Then we had cake :D And then he had to go home. Dave's been moping lol! He's really gotten attached to him. And Ellie's settled with him so quickly, I was so surprised. he's been really good with them, esp for someone who's never had a dog.

I treated myself to My Neighbour Totoro on Blu-ray, so just finishing off watching that and then I might have an early-ish night. I didn't sleep very well - unsurprisingly. Was so anxious and it was so bloody hot. I did get some sleep, but I woke up a lot. Will hopefully have a better night tonight, it seems a little cooler :)

Back on plan tomorrow, so will see y'all then.

So glad everything went ok, you deserve to be happy :) He sounds like a really sweet man.

He does seem like a good guy! I'm just really guarded and find it really difficult to let the defences down. It was hard work even making myself sit closer to him :rolleyes: I guess it'll just take time.

It's the heat making them ill Tace :( Dave's a little bit mopey again today, so keeping a close eye on him.x
 
My doggies are really struggling in the heat, too. My oldest dog, who's been sleeping in my room since Max died a few months ago, wakes up about five times a night panting, and has barely eaten at all for the past week. I feel so bad for her! Even went out and got a fan for my bedroom to cool her down a bit- she's taken to sleeping in front of it, bless her. Xx
 
Awwww no I hate it when I hear about the poor lil animals suffering in the heat - I bet they feel horrible :( .. My rabbit has hardly eaten or drank .... Bless him! My cats just sunbathe & not giv a s**t lol .... Typical cats!

Well I was being good!! Had a veggie cooked breakfast for the princely sum of 1 syn.

But my Mum & Sister just got back from their holiday and Mum picked me up a Churro and Rachelle's fed me some clotted cream fudge. Bugger :p

Will still have a low syn tea though. Will do what I can :)

Feel very very tired and headachey today. Slept ok last night, but got woken up at 7:30 to sign for some post. Bloody gig tickets! Who sends out gig tickets you have to sign for?! Anyway, let the dogs out for a quick wee and went back to bed :p
Was going the cinema tonight but two friends have cancelled. So me and Michelle are probably going to do a double screening tomorrow instead :D x

Do you have space in your garden for a small, cheap paddling pool? It's Ellie's favourite thing in the summer. She just stands in it so it cools her feet down :)
Or even just soak her feet in cold water every so often. It really helps.xx

My rabbits are going through gallons of water! You could try giving him a bit of cucumber or spring greens. Something with a decent water content. Might help him out :)
Yeah cats are so funny aren't they?! Dogs are all suffering and wandering round panting and cats are like THIS IS AWESOME!!!

I think my date did go pretty well. I just wish I could let myself go and enjoy stuff and be a bit more open and like cuddly and stuff. But I just can't do it! Seems to take me ages now :(
The guy I dated last year said something that's stuck in my head now. He wasn't aiming it at me, it was in an email and he was saying what he doesn't like in someone, and he said he doesn't like it when someone acts 'cold' towards him. So obv that's what I see myself as doing now. My friends all say I'm the least cold person they know. But I'm not very touchy-feely or huggy or anything. I have a very clear 'personal space' thing going on lol.
I just don't want to appear to be cold or not interested. But at the same time I don't want to force myself or I want enjoy it. I know you've gotta take risks and make an effort and stuff, I know that, but, oh shut up Kelly, you're just waffling now ..... :p

Aw he is proper funny about his nosh .. Iv tried him with allsorts of foods .. & wont touch much .. He's just lost a tooth as well .. He's suffered abscesses and overgrown Teeth all his little life - he must hate me .. But I think he wouldn't be alive now if someone else owned him and didn't really look after him properly .. :(

Yeah my cats lie in the sun thinking life is gooooood !!! Haha !! Lil s***s ..

Aw, I think it takes a while to aquatint yourself with a man and be all warm .. Once your comfortable .. The hugging and kissing Etc will just happen naturally ... I'm not a huggy/touchy feely kinda person .. Some ppl just aren't, I put mine down to confidence .. As in, I don't think much of myself so I don't like laying it all out .. but don't worry .. Your man sounds like he's very understanding .. & I love my own personal space & tell my husband off if he enters it haha xxx

How's everyone doing? I was mostly eating crap over the weekend :(
Really going to try to be better!!

It's Mum's last proper day off tomorrow and we made a quick decision to do something fun, so we're off to Chester Zoo!! Mum can't come in September coz she couldn't get the day off work. Mum's not been too well since she got back from Wales and I've not been great. But we're going to get there at 10 when it opens and just take our time. Probably lots of sitting down and just strolling round.
Hope we see the new tiger cubs :D

I have healthy-ish food for our picnic. Doing Quorn ham, cheese, and peppers wholemeal sandwich pitta's. Going to do a salad bowl with mixed leaves, purple radish sprouts, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and very low cal dressing. We have some fruit fingers to share - pineapple, melon, and mango.
And then we have some snacky things - crisps, biscuits, and maybe some sweeties :whistle:

Really looking forward to tomorrow! i haven't been too good today, really lightheaded and dizzy and nauseous. But yeah, we'll just take our time.

Today I've been completely on plan. Had half a HexA, 2 hexB's, and 5 syns. 4 of those syns were Starburst lol.

I'm sure there'll be some pictures ;)

ETA: I made a really nice curry today. There was a bag of butternut squash and sweet potato reduced in M&S and instantly thought : CURRY!!!

So it was .....
An onion, Quorn pieces, red yellow and green peppers, green beans, sweet potato, butternut squash, chopped tomatoes, and a tin of chick pea dahl. Seasoning I think was garlic granules, paprika, turmeric, cumin, garam masala (mmmm!), and a bit of tikka powder.
Made a HUGE pan and have 3 spare portions. Totally free :D

In the freezer now I've got two tubs of free ratatouille, two 2 syn sausage casseroles, and now 3 tubs of free curry!! Healthy foodz :D x

Hope the bunny is doing ok? I got my gang out in the run for an hour each yesterday. It's hard coz when the weather's good i don't want to lock the dogs in. But the bunnies need to go out too!

That's such a shame about your bunny's teeth. Such bad luck to get a bun with crap teeth. I'm worried about one of my girlies - think she'll need a teeth check at work soon. Eeek!

Do you find it hard not being a touchy feely person?! I can be, but it's very rare! I'm very cuddly and stuff with my animals, esp the dogs, but not with humans. Before I got a hug from Mum when she got back from Wales, I don't remember the last time I hugged anyone :confused: The confidence thing makes sense, I have very little self confidence. Which is difficult because I apparently come across as very sure of myself and really confident. I'm obv really good at acting LOL!

I think things will come naturally, if they're going to. But you know what I mean about making an effort or being brave?! Eeek! It's really hard :eek: xx

I wouldn't worry about not being cuddly, it will either come when you're more comfortable or he will learn that it's just the way you are and nothing personal. We all have our little quirks, my personal space is huge, not very cuddly but also don't like people touching me and I really can't stand people sitting next to me or standing next to me I actually move away. You will be fine. X x
