Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

No vets today. My bus had broken down and by the time I found out (I wasn't on it btw) I was already late and the driver said he had no idea when the replacement would arrive. By the time I would have walked up there I would have been over an hour late. So I phoned in and the head nurse said not to worry as there wasn't a lot going on today. Just meh.
So I got weighed while I was over at the shops and I've lost 2lb! Taking me to 12.5 stone :)

Green Day

Lunch: 1 Weetabix and 1 choc Weetabix (HexB1 + 1), banana, honey (1), and s milk (all milk HexA1)

Tea: Sainsbury's veggie ravioli (2), 2 slices of wholemeal little bread (HexB2), HexA2 low fat cheese, salad, peppers, beetroot, and almost a tbsp of dressing (0.5)

Snack: 2 Toffee Pops (6) 3 Mikado (1.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Diet ginger ale.

Syns used: 12
Syns left: 20.5

Exercise: About an hour of walking to the bus stop, around the shops, and back.
1hr walk with Mum & Ellie.
35min walk with Dave.

I will tell all tomorrow. Have learned the hard way not to get too excited about dates! :( Hopefully it will go well, but I'll just have to see.x

ooohh how exciting, hope its a good one, try not to set your expectations too high, just go in with the attitude of having a laugh!

i do think you have lovely legs and i would love to be able to say i have anything "skinny" lol even if were my little toe

Tea: 2 slices of wholemeal little bread (HexB2), 3 Quorn sausages, half a tin of beans, 2 egg omelette with cheese and tomato's(HexA1 for cheese) and 1tbsp of tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Time Out (8.5)

Drinks: Coffee (milk HexA2) Diet Coke. Diet ginger ale.

I'm back! And I had such an awesome time :D The gig was just unbelievably awesome. The 2 supports I'd not heard before were surprisingly good, Biffy totally rocked, and Muse were just amazingly epic. I have never, ever been to a gig that good before. I've never screamed, shouted, and bounced a long so much either :p Yeah, I suck at describing and explaining stuff like this but O M G and :eek: pretty much sum it up ;)

Right, food stuff. I didn't count syns and didn't really try too hard to stick to the healthy :eek: Saturday wasn't too bad actually and I guess Sunday could have been much much worse.

Friday:
Breakfast: Weetabix, banana, skimmed milk, and honey.

Lunch: Starbucks skinny caramel macchiato. Quorn ham, tomato, low cal coleslaw, half HexA of low fat cheese, and 2 slices of wholemeal little bread.
A banana and bag of cheese curls.

Tea: This was a struggle coz we hadn't eaten since lunch, we refused to eat at Wembley, and didn't get off the tube after the gig until well after midnight. But we found a 24hr shop and I had 2 slices of wholemeal little bread, 2 cheese slices, one of those John West tuna meal things, and a bag of Monster Munch. Oh and 2 Snack biscuits.
Didn't drink at the gig either. Just had water and Diet Coke.

Sunday:
Brunch: Pret chicken salad, bag of crisps, and a coffee with skimmed milk.

Snack: Banana, Pret Love bar, and a coffee with skimmed milk.

Tea: Starbucks chicken sandwich, caramel light frappucino, and a Hummingbird Bakery brownie (omg, mmmmm!!)

When I got home: Coffee with skimmed milk and a Hummingbird Bakery Red Velvet cupcake :D

Yeah ok, pretty bad, but at least there was no alcohol and in the past the food would have been much, much worse :whistle: I did a lot of walking, dancing, and bouncing too!!

Snack: Weetabix Oaty Bar (HexB2) 1 finger Drifter (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet ginger ale.

Looks like you had an amazing time at the gig! I think you have to forget SW a bit from time to time in order to be relaxed and enjoy special moments like this to the full - although you managed to stick to plan so kudos to you :)
 
Bought a 400g fresh loaf from Sainsbury's today and weighed the slices I used for lunch-just over 70g. I don't weigh them every time, but I have done in the past and they've often been short of the 57g. Odd!! Will just stick an extra syn on I think.

Tea: 2 Tabasco'd Quorn sausages, half a tin of beans, and an omelette:2 eggs, splash of milk, red & yellow peppers, onion, tomato, and half HexA2 low fat cheese.

Snacks: Toffee Pop (3) 2 Snack biscuits (4)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash.

1hr 30min walk home, via Sainsbury's and straight to the chemist after dumping my bags at home.

Pack of Snackerdoodles (4). A few grapes and an Activia fat free.

Tea: Quorn pieces, carton of tomato's, onion, garlic, courgette, broccoli, spinach, sweetcorn, and peppers. Tagliatelle and HexA2 of low fat cheese.

Snack: 2 Toffee Pops (6) Weetabix Oaty Bar (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee (milk half HexA1) Diet Coke. Squash.

A pair of jeans I ordered arrived today. Ordered a size 14 so I could slim in to them and the bloody well fit :eek: Ok, they're probably a tiny bit too tight to wear like right now and they do have a teeny stretchy panel on both sides of the waist band. But a 14 and they went on and felt comfortable and looked good.... :D:eek:

Not sure if I like the style enough to keep them. But still :p

Snack: Weetabix Oaty bar (HexB2) 1 finger Drifter (5)

Drinks: Coffee (milk rest of HexA1) Squash.

I bet that if a line of women were standing in front of you, some size 14, some size 20, you'd be able to tell which were the 14s straight away!!
That's like a line of old yous and new yous! it's just that you're so used to seeing yourself everyday it's hard to notice the minuscule changes that happen each day. But here you are, slinky and slim, don't you forget it :)
