Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Erm, today hasn't really been a very good SW day. It started off well-had an Oaty bar and banana for breakfast and then yogurt and fruit on my break.
After work I met Mum for lunch and shopping. Got weighed and I have put on a lb :confused: And when I was picking lunch I totally caved in and went for the veggie burger and chips AND then cake :eek:

We're going the pics tonight to see Harry Potter and Mum has been given a voucher to get 2 free drinks and 2 free popcorns.

So yeah, today is screwed LOL!!! It can be a "yay for getting through my first week of work" day ;)

Back to normal tomorrow, promise...
 
it's weird how a little stumble (like an unjustified 1lb gain...) can send you off plan for a little bit. Even if you really try to convince yourself that it won't...
I think it's OK to celebrate your first week in your dream job - sounds like it's going to be a great occupation for you! :)
 
Thanks PCS! I should feel guilty about tomorrow, but I really don't :p I did survive an afternoon/evening of fighting my way round town without going off plan. I had a banana in Pret :innocent0002: And a hot chocolate.... :angeldevil: But I did resist the mince pies!
Could have been because I'm trying not to go too off plan over the 'festive' period. But it could also have been because I got an awesome pair of wide leg jeans in the Dorothy Perkins sale in a size 14!! A proper FOURTEEN :eek: They fit absolutely perfectly and I luffs them :D Mum got me a lovely black and grey stripy cardigan for Xmas, but is letting me have it early for the staff night out with the vet lot next week. So will be wearing my awesometastic new jeans, new cardy, the cami top I wore for Muse, and prob my Irregular Choice shoes. I tried it all on before and got Mum to take a couple of pics. But she's a terrible photographer and they were awful. Will ask my sister to take a few ;)

Anyway, food...

Green Day

Lunch: Quorn sausages, beans, and 2 'fried' eggs. Wholemeal toast (HexB1) and 1tbsp of brown sauce (1)

Snack: Banana.

Tea: Veggie burrito bowl. HexA1 low fat cheese. Salad and a drizzle of fat free dressing. A few little jacket spuds.

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee (all milk HexA1) Diet Coke. Pret skinny hot choc (counting it as 3 for now)

Exercise. Hours of walking round the shops!!

Hmmmm I'm not sure how to syn the Pret hot chocolate. Someone very kindly looked up the syns for me on syns online but the only one available was very high and I'm guessing because it was whole milk and cream and marshmallows!!! I just had a plain one with skimmed milk. Should I just cheat and put it the same as the Costa one?! :confused::rolleyes:

Week 48

Was very unprepared this morning and didn't get a chance to eat before I left the house to go meet my friend at Costa. I was VERY good and managed to resist all the naughty cakiness there ;)
Ended up eating just a Tesco veggie sushi pack until I had my tea after 7pm. STARVING! :rolleyes:
Probably not going to get weighed this week as I'm in work from Wednesday afternoon. Maybe get weighed next Wed-last one before Xmas!! If next Wed is my last weigh in before Xmas I am going to try my damned hardest to be on plan till then. Well, I say that, but I have a staff night out with my private vet practice lot on Sat and then next Tues is the 'bring a load of food' Xmas party at my new work. So yeah, I will just have to settle at being as good as I can on the days when I'm not forced in to naughtiness lol :angeldevil:
I was gonna buy some cheapy cakes and make my own cookies coz one of the guys is vegan. But I forgot my bloody shopping list!!! So ended up buying Festive Fancies, Festive bakewell tarts, Winter Warmer pies, a HUGE pack of mini chocolate rolls, and a bag of animal biscuits :D

Tea: Big jacket spud, bbq beans, 2 southern fried Quorn burgers (5), HexA1 low fat cheese, and 2 slices of wholemeal bread (from an uncut loaf. Mum cut them as thin as she could but I think they were a bit too thick to get away with HexB1 + 2)

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2) and M&S fat free toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Costa hot skinny mint hot choc (all milk HexA2 + 3) Diet Coke. Coffee.

Tea: M&S Count On Us veggie moussaka (6), roasted herby sweet potato and red onion, green beans, carrots, and peas.

Tea (completely over the top, way too much!): 2 Chilli Quorn burgers (6), Mexican rice, little jackets, salad, refried beans, red onion, peppers, and cheese (HexA2) Tbsp of extra light mayo

Lol! The difference in my food diaries on the days I work. I eat a LOT on work days :eek:

The job is going really well. Still feeling a bit awkward and in the way, but doing new things every time I go in. This afternoon was pretty cool coz I got to help out in consults for the first time there. I've really missed that side of working at a vets!

Having an early night coz I am shattered :p
 
Think you said that a bit too soon ;) Yesterday was totally on plan until my Sister invited me to go up the pub. It snowed about 6inches here in 2hrs so of course we went the pub! Had a huge tea before I left, but had a small glass of mulled wine and two JD and diet cokes at the pub. Then got home about 2am and had a bloody micro chip butty :eek: The syns I saved through the week 'should' cover that! But today someone opened friggin Pringles and I ended up having butties (only Quorn, cheese, and coleslaw), with breadcrumbed jalopeno thingies, and Pringles. I am going out tonight for my vet night out, but I think it was just in my mind that this evening would be 'off plan' and then the Pringles got me.
Gonna try my absolute hardest to stick to SW as much as possible until Xmas Eve. Even if it only means keeping my meals as low syn as possible. Meh!

Friend text me this morning coz she's booked the personal shopper for the bridesmaid dresses and she had to give them our sizes so they can have dresses available. But it's just a nightmare with not knowing what size I will be. Coz obv (hopefully) I wont be the size I am in Jan by July. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not stopping losing weight tho.
So I'm thinking of opting for a size 12, because I think that's what I would like to be, and hoping for the best and trying as hard as I possibly can. Eeeeek!
 
What is wrong with me!!! Went in to town to help my friend buy make up for her wedding and we went to Costa. I'd decided to use a few syns on a mint hot chocolate and that was it. But I ended up with a friggin Tiffin. What the hell?! Such an eejit!

I had a low syn lunch and a syn free tea and snack to try and make up for it. But bloody hell I suck at the moment :( :eek:

Will DEFINITELY stick to plan tomorrow. Works Xmas lunch thing on Tuesday tho so lunch will be completely non-SW friendly. I'd feel weird and it'd look weird if I don't join in. Grrrrr!
 
Oh man... My inner SW angel is probably crying her eyes out. It hasn't been horrifically bad, but no where near being properly on plan.
I am honestly sick of food already. Was walking round Morrison's with Mum and I just didn't want anything, everything just made me feel sick :rolleyes:
Just need to behave and not eat just because I can.

Hope everyone's doing better than me at the moment.x
