Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Stuff for my tea that's syn'd is all going by the calories.

Green Day


Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, 'fried' egg, half tbsp each of tomato sauce and mustard (1), and wholemeal toast (HexB1)
Tesco light choices sup in a mug veg (3)

Tea: Packet rice, Quorn fajita pieces, onions, peppers, HexA1 low fat cheese, and little jacket spuds.
50g low cal guacamole (2.5 ), 50g tomato salsa (0.5 ), and 1tbsp sour cream (1)
2 Morrison's cheesey bite things (6)

Snacks: 2 Alpen lights (HexB2), grapes, blueberries, and Activia fat free.

Drinks: Coffee (milk HexA2) Diet Irn Bru. Peppermint tea.

Tea: 2 veggie burgers (1), low fat Supernoodles, wholemeal bread (HexB2), gherkins, low fat cheese (HexA2), half tbsp each of tomato sauce and mustard (1)

Snacks: Minestrone Mug Shot.

Drinks: Coffee (milk rest of HexA1) 2 pints of Carling (17) :cry:

Glad you had a good night! Don't worry about the syns, sometimes it's nice to have a bit of a blowout :) I took my boyfriend for a birthday Chinese last night and I'm going to be paying for it all week I think, but sometimes it's worth it! Got a pub lunch and birthday cake to contend with today, I really hope there's something relatively low-syn on offer! xx
 
Was a totally piggy last night :eek: I had a HUGE tea but was craving something later on. Rather than going over syns with chocolate and stuff I decided on Past & Sauce with cheese, sweetcorn, and peppers. I shouldn't have had it, but it's done now :eek:

Green Day

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), banana, raisins (2), honey (1), skimmed milk (all milk HexA1)

Tea: Quorn cottage pie (3), mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potato, sprouts, carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, and cauliflower. 3tsp of low salt gravy granules (3)

Snack: Pasta & Sauce, peppers, sweetcorn, and cheese (HexA2)
Mini Fudge and mini Curly Wurly (6) Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.

Exercise: About an hour of housework/animal stuff

Right I have my food ready for tomorrow. Feels odd planning 2 meals the day before, lol.
Will start tomorrow's diary now. Not sure if I will eat it all, but I would rather take too much with me than not enough. I do struggle to eat in front of new people tho :eek: Will change it if I need to.

Week 47

First day of my new job today. Eeeeeeeeeeeeek!!!

Will get weighed some time this week, but not sure when. Prob towards the end of the week coz of being in work.

Breakfast: Alpen Light (half HexB1) and a banana.

Morning break: Alpen Light (rest of HexB1) and Activia fat free.

Lunch: Sandwich-wholemeal bread (HexB2), Quorn beef slices, 30g Morrison's low cal creamy coleslaw (2), and half HexA1 low fat cheese.
Little tub of salad, peppers, cherry tomato's, sweetcorn, beetroot, and pickled onions.
Kids organic carrot stix crisps (3)

Afternoon break: Handful of grapes and blueberries.

Tea: Morrison's Eat Smart mac & cheese (4), Quorn steak, micro bag of veg. HexA2 low fat cheese.

Drinks: Coffee (milk rest of HexA1) Diet Coke. Diet lemonade. Options hot choc (2)

Exercise: 6hrs on my feet at work.
1hr walking-to and from bus stops, round Morrison's, and home.

Thanks guys :D I had a really good day!!
Bit of a panic this morning as Liverpool was a foggy ice rink and my lift was very late! But I got there just on time. It was incredibly quiet there today-prob the weather's fault. But I had stuff to do and the time didn't drag.
My hours are pretty cool. I do 2 days of 9-5:30 and then a half day a week. So on Wednesday I'll finish at 2! And next week I'll be doing Wed afternoon and then full days on Thurs & Fri :D
When I start doing weekends I will apparently do all my hours over the weekend so would get at least the first 5 days of that week off as well as the following Mon&Tues. It's gonna be a bit of a struggle getting used to such long hours, but if it means I'm only doing 2 or 2.5days a week I can deal ;)

I've been warned that I can't talk about anything specific at all so I'm not sure how much I'll be able to share. Prob shouldn't even post a pic of me in my scrubs :( I'll have to think up a code or something :p

But yeah, good day and I'll be back there tomorrow.x

Morning snack: Weetabix Oaty (HexB1)

Lunch: Morrison's veggie sushi pack (gonna say 1 coz I can't find the syns on here), teeny salad, cherry tomato's, peppers, and sweetcorn.
Chinese chicken Pot Noodle in a mug.
Cheese Curls (3.5)

Afternoon snack: Pot of green & red grapes and blueberries.

Tea: Stir fry veg, soba noodles, and 2 veggie burgers (1)

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2) 3 Mikado (1.5) Mini Caramel (4)

Drinks: Coffee (milk HexA1) Black tea. Diet Coke.

Syns used: 11
Syns left: 8

Exercise: 6hrs on my feet at work.
20mins-ish walking to and from bus stops and stuff.

I am very pleased about doing 2 and a half days a week :) The full days are long (for me) and will take a bit of getting used to, but not too bad when I think about all the time off I'll have ;) It'll change when I start doing weekends early next year coz the pattern will probably be Mon, Tues, and Wed afternoon. Then Wed afternoon, Thurs, and Fri. Then the weekend (gotta do ALL my hours over 2 days on a weekend!!) But obv if I do a weekend I get the Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri of that week off and I would never do the Mon, Tues, Wed after a weekend shift. Confused yet?! :p

Had a good shift today. Very, very quiet again so we all got stuck in and did a load of extra cleaning. The kennel doors were taken off and scrubbed and everything, lol. Got to do a couple of new things too :)
Got a hug off the lovely lady who I've been working with most when I was going. Not in again now till Wed afternoon!!
