Lunch: 3 Tesco veggie hot dogs (4.5), Spiderman spaghetti, a 'fried' egg, and wholemeal toast (HexB1)

Tea: 2 potato waffles (5), 2 veggie burgers (1), bbq beans, 1 and a half HexA low fat cheese, gerkins, and tomato sauce (1)

Snacks: Banana, M&S fat free toffee yogurt, and 2 toffee Alpen Lights (HexB2) This could be my new favourite thing ever!!!

Drinks: Coffee (milk half HexA1) Diet Coke.

Exercise: Just over an hour of walking to job centre/shops, home, round the chemist, and back.

Lunch: Pawridge (HexB1) made with 50ml's skimmed milk (all milk HexA1) and water, banana, and raisins (2).
Activia fat free and red & green grapes.

Tea: Quorn mince and veggie bolognese/pasta sauce thingy-syn free! Pile of wholemeal spaghetti and HexA2 low fat cheese.

Snacks: Peanut M&M's (11.5) 2 small selector and 1 regular Hotel Chocolat chocs (7) 2 pistachio Mikado (1)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Options mocha hot choc (2)

Lunch: Quorn sausages, half a tin of beans, 'fried' egg, wholemeal toast (HexB1), a potato waffle (justified coz it was less syns than a hash brown ;) 2.5), and 1tbsp of brown sauce (1)

Tea: Quorn roast, mashed potato's, 'roast' spuds, peas, carrots, turnip, 4tsp of low salt gravy granules (4), and 1tbsp of creamed horse radish (1.5)

Snacks: Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Week 45

I lost another 1lb! 50lb gone and only 1stone 12lb's left to go :eek:
Going away on Wednesday for 3 days/2nights in York with Mum so I'm not sure how long that lb will stay off ;) But it should be fun!

Green Day

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), raisins (2), honey (1), banana, and skimmed milk (all milk HexA1)

Tea: Quorn cottage pie (3), roast spuds, sprouts, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, 2tsp of low salt gravy (3), and half tbsp of pickle and half tsp of Flora light (1)
Wholemeal bread (HexB2)

Snacks: Bit of Quorn roast. Clementine.
Activia fat free with grapes.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Diet Ginger ale.

Congratulations!!! You're on a roll! Well done. There is an amazing vegan tapas restaurant in York called El Piano, they make incredible food and it's mostly SW friendly- loads of salads, soups, brown rice, soya bits etc. It's a really nice place to have lunch! xx
 
Yay, a fellow appreciator! I love it there, when I was vegan eating out was a massive problem but they cater for vegans so well! I love their meatballs, and I had a spicy bean soup there last time which was amazing. Their hot chocolate is yummy too, and I'm sure it's not too high in syns when made with soya milk! xx
 
Hehe I really doubt I will be worrying too much about syns. Will have to try the hot chocolate ;) My hot drinks are generally low syn anyway coz I have to have skimmed or semi-full fat milk and cream makes me v ill :jelous:

Looking forward to going now :D Don't suppose you can recommend a good Indian restaurant???

I'm back after an extended SW break and a lovely holiday in York. It snowed :D
Didn't actually go too mad with food and I made sure I wasn't eating for the sake of it-you know? But it was probably mostly of plan stuff. But hey, it was a holiday ;) I did do a LOT of walking and spent most of the time absolutely freezing cold...so hopefully that helped burn off some calories :eek:

In other news I don't start my new job now till Monday (6th). But it prob works out better really coz it's given me a lot more time to sort out all the stuff I need to do to actually be allowed to start work!

I signed my contract and the papers to join the pension scheme and life assurance, so that's posted off. Job centre appointment went really well yesterday and everything that had needed doing is done now. And today I got my months free bus pass and a few vouchers for a clothing grant. Yay!

Got my welcome pack from the PDSA today and its so cool. I got a cute little pin badge to wear :D One of the booklets in the pack is for an emotional and practical support service-which I think is awesome!

Very excited about starting now :D And I know it's a bit gushy, but I'm feeling pretty damn proud to be a part of the charity now :eek:

Week 46

No weigh-in this week on account of all the naughty food I ate last week ;)

Have decided that I have been a terrible dog owner lately so want to get both hounds out for at least a 10min walk. Not much, but it's bloody freezing and better than nothing. No walk today (Tues) coz it was late when I got home and it's VERY icy here. Didn't want to end up on my face walking Ellie :p But I am going to try and keep it up when the weather behaves!

Monday: Green Day

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), raisins (2), honey (1), banana, skimmed milk (all milk HexA1)

Lunch: Sainsbury's veggie ravioli (2), jacket spud, and cheese (HexA2)

Tea: Pasta & sauce, veggie kiev (4), microwave veg bag, cheese (half HexB2), and slice of wholemeal bread (rest of HexB2)

Snacks: Activia fat free and grapes. Organic carrot stix kids crisps (3 going by calories)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet ginger ale. Options hot choc (2)

Drinks: Coffee. Costa mint hot chocolate (2 for the chocolate and 1 for the one pump of syrup. Counting the milk towards my HexA's) Diet Coke.

Are you up in York PCS?! :D You must hate us tourists who come up for the St Nicholas Fayre?! ;) We came home Friday evening, so I think we missed the worst of it. We did have fun going through the museum gardens and looking like escaped lunatics feeding the squirrels and pigeons :D

My uniform will be dark blue scrubs :) Cannot tell you how long I have wanted my own scrubs :eek: I will no doubt post a pic when I have them!!

Great photos! I love that Shambles tea room, me and my boyfriend hid in there last time we went to York, it was throwing it down outside but we were so cosy in there! York's so pretty. Also, you can really tell how much weight you've lost in the photos, go you!

I'm also still very jealous that you saw Paramore! I'm seeing 30 Seconds to Mars on Saturday, my friend and I are resurrecting our Operation Kidnap Jared Leto plan after we were unsuccessful last time we saw them :) xx
 
I try to get to York at least once a year. Absolutely love it there! It's been a few years since I've done any of the touristy stuff though, so next year I might do another Ghost Walk and maybe go to the dungeons :D

Thanks for the lovely comments about the photo's-I know there are a LOT! I wouldn't normally say anything, but I was actually quite shocked when I saw that pic of me in the pub/restaurant :eek:

Lol! Yup you'll definitely have to have another go at kidnapping Jared ;) Me and my sister are going to see Biffy again on Friday! Or we should be, but her friend who is driving us is up in Scotland for work (he's an electrician) and we haven't heard from him since Monday :confused: So I really do hope we're still going!! I ordered one of their t-shirts off the Play.com sale and it arrived yesterday :D
 
Biffy are playing in Manchester. Not sure what it's called now, but think it used to be the gmex.... possibly :p It's a good job I'm not driving isn't it?!

Had a nice day of doing not much of anything. Watched Spaced and played Plants Vs Zombies for about 3 hours, made everyone a Mexican feast for tea, cleaned the kitchen, and then played more Plants Vs Zombies. I swear I am losing hours of each day playing that game!!! :eek:
