Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

My face is very ouchy and a bit swollen, but luckily not bruised!! Managed to get through today with just a small scratch lol ;)
 
Half day at work today and I braved the depressingness of Asda to pick up a few bits. Only really went for a couple of tins of chickpea dahl and some Quorn and spent over £20 :rolleyes: Got some good stuff tho ;)

Was going the pics too to see The King's Speech. Went to our local little cinema and I have never, ever seen it so busy. We didn't get in!! They had to turn away about 100 people :eek:
So me and the Mothership went for a couple of drinks in the pub and then to Sainsbury's. lol!

Wednesday:

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), raisins (2), banana, Splenda, and skimmed milk (all milk HexA1)

Morning break in work: Activia fat free.

Lunch: Veggie ravioli (2), Quorn beef slices, wholemeal toast (HexB2), low fat cheese (HexA2), and salad.

Snack before the pics: Fruit tub I didn't get to eat in work (same stuff as the other 2 days) and some 0% Total.

Tea: Chickpea dahl, Mexican savoury rice, onions, and Quorn pieces.

Treat: Mini Green and Black's milk chocolate (4)

Drinks: Coke Zero. Coffee. Squash. 2 Johnnie Walkers (5)

Exercise: Only 2hrs at work (other 2 was spent at a meeting)
About 2 hours walking in total for the day.
 
Thursday: Day off YAY!

Lunch: Dr Who spaghetti :D 2 Quorn sausages, 2 'fried' eggs, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and 1tbsp of brown sauce (1).

Snack: Grapes, blackberries, and blueberries with an Activia fat free.

Tea: Tomato and herb Pasta and Sauce, Quorn mince, onion, sweetcorn, peppers, courgette, broccoli, feta (half HexA1), low fat cheese (HexA2), and salad.

Treat: Little bag of Animal Biscuits (5.5)

Drinks: Coffee (milk half of HexA1) Squash. 2 Jack Daniels (6). Diet Coke.

Syns used: 12.5

Exercise: Over an hour of cleaning out the bunnies and pigs. And de-poo'ing the whole garden (ick!) 30mins walking.

Friday: Went out tonight for my friends birthday. We had a starter and main at a Mexican restaurant and then a huge Ben and Jerry's at the cinema :eek: We went in to town to dance like crazy people and I didn't really drink v much-but still more than my syns allowance I'd imagine.
Had an on-SW lunch of veggie ravioli on toast tho so I wasn't too bad ;)

Saturday:
Lunch: Wholemeal toast (HexB1), 2 Quorn sausages, 1 boiled egg, and sauce and mustard (1)

Snack at Morrison's cafe: 1 and a hlaf Jaffa Cakes (3) Shared them with Mum ;)

Tea: Mexican savoury rice, little jackets, Quorn mexican burger (3), low fat cheese (HexA1), peppers, onions, and 100g spicy salsa (2). Did some 0% Total with salt and pepper instead of sour cream.

Treat: 2 small Hotel Chocolat chocs (4) and a Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee (milk half of HexA1) Coke Zero. Squash. Options (2)

Syns used: 15

Exercise: Over an hour of walking.
 
Sunday:

Lunch: Half tin of beans, 3 Quorn sausages, 2 'fried' eggs, wholemeal toast (HexB1), and 1tbsp of tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Activia fat free with grapes and strawberries.

Tea: Quorn lamb grills, little roasties, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, and sprouts.
2tsp of gravy granules (3) 1tbsp of Horseradish sauce (1)

Treat: Cadbury's Caramel egg (9.5) Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee (half HexA1 for milk) Coke Zero. Squash.

Syns used: 14.5

Exercise: Over an hour of chopping stuff down in the garden, de-poo'ing, and cleaning hutches & runs.

Week 4

Doing an early week at work this week. So gotta be there for 8 :sigh: Not looking forward to getting up so stupidly early, but shouldn't be too bad once I'm there.

Breakfast: Banana and an Alpen Light (both Alpen Lights HexB1)

Morning break: Alpen Light, Activia fat free, and probably some fruit.

Lunch: Quorn ham, tomato, low fat cheese (half HexA1), and a bit of mustard and extra light mayo (0.5)
Salad, cucumber, peppers, grated carrot, cress, and 25g of spicy salsa (0.5)
Minestrone mug shot. Kids spicy stars organic crisps (3.5)

Afternoon break: Fruit tub-strawberries, blueberries, grapes, cherries, and pomegranate.

Tea: M&S Count On Us veggie lasagne (3), little jackets, feta and low fat cheese (HexA2), salad, and cucumber.

Drinks: Coffee (milk in drinks rest of HexA1) Coke Zero. Pret skinny hot chocolate (3)

Today has been a pretty good day. Work this morning and got to deal with some interesting cases. Home for lunch then out for counselling. Not seen her since before I started work and I have no been 'discharged' back to my GP :D
Got some stuff from Lush with birthday money off my best mate. Played Plants Vs Zombies in Pret waiting for Mum.
Then we tried to go see The King's Speech, but it was sold out. So we tried to go see Black Swan, which also sold out!! So we went to see Tangled....And it was AWESOME :D I love Zachary Levi even more now ;)

Made a bit of a mistake food-wise. Thought I'd only had on HexB and had bread with my tea, but I'd had 2 so had to syn it :rolleyes: Never mind! Could have been much worse!!

Wednesday food:

Breakfast and morning break: Banana, 2 Alpen Lights (HexB1), grapes, blueberries, pomegranate, and an Activia fat free.

Lunch: Waffle (2.5), Quorn sausages, 'fried' egg, tinned spaghetti, wholemeal toast (HexB2), and tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Tub of grapes in Pret. Time Out (8.5)

Tea: Veggie burrito bowl with added Quorn pieces and wholemeal bread (6) and cheese (HexA1)

Drinks: Coffee (milk half of HexA2) Diet Irn Bru. Really Light Ribena.

That's great news on being transferred back to your GP!
I'm planning on going to see Black Swan tomorrow, I hope the cinema isn't too packed. I hate it when you can't move in the foyer for the queues of people.
I've never seen Mexican quorn burgers - will keep an eye out for them. Are the refried beans from a tin? Are they free? Your dinner looked really good on Tuesday - couldn't you have sent the excess my way?! :)
 
Hope you get to see Black Swan. We're gonna break Orange Wednesday tradition and try and see The King's Speech at the local cinema one night before I'm on my lates next week.

I've only ever found the Mexican Quorn burgers at Asda! They're in the chilled section and around £2 for a pack of two quarter pounders :)
Yup tinned refried beans and when I had access to SW online they were free :D
Hehe the dogs got half a spud with some cottage cheese on each ;)

Friday food:

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2) A Hotel Chocolat choc (3) An Activia fat free.

Drinks: Coffee (milk half HexA1) Coke Zero. Squash.

Oh I suck!!! I don't know why but I'm really struggling with SW this time round and finding it SO difficult to not give in to evil temptations :eek:

Friday night my Mum and Sister had a takeaway, and I didn't. Saturday we were in Pret and they had no sushi and I desperately, desperately wanted one of their sandwiches but I didn't-I got a superfruit salad.
But then my Sister called to ask me and Mum to meet her for tea at the veggie place we go to and it just went downhill from there. I should have had the veggie burger, but I got the garlic bread with cheese :eek: Then for going the pics we stopped off at Sainsbury's and I bought a Toblerone (smallest gift sized type one) coz Mum bought chocolate. Then we went the pub to wait for the pics to open and I had a whisky. Had a Twister in the intermission. Then had a bloody Aero Lamb and Creme Egg when I got in :eek: :cry:
I'm so, so embarrassed by all that, I really am. And I nearly didn't write it, but feel that I should just get it out.

Gonna try my best with today and then try for an absolute 100% week next week. I CAN do this! I know I can :rolleyes:
