Cheekychinchilla's food and stuff

Just checked and Lemsips are only half a syn per sachet. I can live with that if I need to have any to get me through work :) *sneezes a million times in a row*

Having a think about that pizza I had last night. And the one I had was absolutely covered in veg! And only a small amount of cheese. So even though they say they're around 500cals per pizza for that range, I bet if you take the calories off for all the veg and then one HexA for the cheese it'd be far lower in syns. Well, I think anyway... lol.

Wednesday: God I feel even worse today :(
Gotta leave for work very soon. Meh!

Drinks: Coffee. Lemsip (0.5). Costa skinny hot chocolate (rest of HexA1 + 2)

Gah! Hope you're getting better still. Lemsip and rest are required! Look after, k?

Thursday: I feel so ill today :( My boss offered to let me go home, but I said I'd feel really bad about making someone else have to do the late. Decided I'm gonna use up some of my lieu time tomorrow and I'm only going in 5:30-8 to cover the out of hours stuff. Think I need a long sleep (if I can!) before I have to take on the weekend.
Thought I was feeling a bit better, but on the way home I started to feel really nauseous and dizzy :(

Loads of people were jealous of my lunch tho ;)

Breakfast and first break: Oats So Simple (HexB1 + half HexA1 for skimmed milk), raisins (2), and banana.
Half fruit tub-red grapes, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cherries. With an Eat Smart yogurt.

Lunch: M&S veggie lasagne (3) with boiled Jersey Royals, spinach, sweetcorn, and another m&s veggie bag.

Afternoon break: Rest of the fruit.

Tea: 65g of wild and white rice (a bit more than a WW portion, but I would have left a few grains in the bag :p) with the portion of curry I put in the freezer the other day.

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Lemsip (0.5)

Syns used: 5.5
Syns left: 12.5

Exercise: Full day at work and walking to and from bus stops.

As well as trialling the 10syns a day thing I think I'm gonna make a better effort with my portion sizes. Have asked my sister to help me out and tell me what she has for her portions on Weight Watchers. I'm only thinking of doing it with stuff like potatoes, pasta, and rice. Coz even though I don't think I eat excessively, I think I do eat a little too much. Will see if it helps and how I feel anyway :)

Right!!! have had a re-think and here's my own tailor made Slimming World plan. Ready??

I am going to allow myself up to 10 syns on a weekday-saving up any left over ones.
And 15 syns on Saturday and Sunday. I did want to do flat out 10 a day, but I have a feeling I would get bored very quickly and feel like I was depriving myself.
And definitely gonna work on the portion sizes by trying things out the Weight Watchers way-with help from my sister ;)

So yeah, will see how it goes! I know this month will basically be damage control as I have a LOT going on. But hoping that once my friends' big day is done and I can stop 'celebrating' things might start moving again.

We shall see :) Feeling a lot happier about it all now that I have a bit of a plan and a decent, achievable goal in mind.

Wish me luck :D

Sounds like a good plan, anything that keeps you in control, but remember you DON'T have to limit yourself so if you get hungry EAT (free foods)!

Sounds like good foood tomorrow!

Oh I will, don't worry. I'm very good at eating :D Think I just need to cut down on things that I'm getting a bit silly with. Would like a bit of control, but without being too controlling :thinking2:
Anyway, will give it a go and see if/what anything happens. Feeling a lot happier about it all anyway even if it doesn't work :p

Didn't get a chance to get weighed today. But I hopped on and off them at work a few times (a lot) last week. Lowest was spot on 75kg and highest was about 75.8. So going for a safe 75.5kg's this week. Not doing it 'officially' yet, but I dunno whether to just start using the scales in work.
Will see if I can do a proper weigh-in next week. Might be a bit pointless tho coz I'll be having the day off on Sat.

Problem is that google is giving me different kg-stone values than the scales receipt at Boots. Very confusing!

I trust google... at least their convert kg to lbs. Then go from there (14lbs in a st)

If I go by Google's I have lost quite a bit. But going by the receipt from Boots I have sts. Coz that says I was 75.5kg's when I last weighed in :/
Very annoying! Will try and get weighed over there at some point and see if I have lost anything. I doubt it, but you never know.x

Different scales= different amounts. Theyre all crazy!
