Actually, looking at my ticker and stats on here I haven't a clue what's going on. I may have gone wrong somewhere. But when I last weighed in I was 11st13 right? But my stats are showing my weight at 166lbs (11st9 I think)
Will wait till I next get weighed properly and I may have to change things. Not sure I've lost those 50lb now :( I'm very confused!
 
Wednesday: Heading out to meet a friend in a bit. Gonna eat first so I don't have to go through the embarrassing "No, I can't really eat anything in there" thing :eek:
Found old style Quorn sausages in Farmfoods yday so being a piggy and having 3 for lunch :p At least I wont get hungry while I'm out. Hopefully!

Went to the pics with my Mum. Hadn't planned to so didn't take any snacks with me. Was so hungry when I got out!!

Lunch: 3 free Quorn sausages, Madagascar spaghetti, crispy potatoes, 1 'fried' egg, and wholemeal toast (HexB1)
Tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Banana and an apple & grape snack pack on the bus home. Was starving!!!!!!!

Tea: 2 Tesco veggie burgers (1), small tin of refried beans, 4 little new potatoes, cottage cheese, low fat cheese (HexA1), salad, and dressing (0.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Fanta Zero. Diet Coke. Options (2)

Syns used: 4.5
Syns left: 12

Exercise: Bit of walking.

Thanks Oddsock :D Yeah going by what you said I'm 166lbs/75.5kgs. But what I don't get is that Boots weighed me in at 11st13 and said I was 75.8kgs. Well, that conversion isn't right is it?! How confusing.

Dunno whether to stick with weighing at work when no one's round and just convert it myself. Boots scales appear to be mental or at least their conversion is way off :confused:

Hmmm, maybe weighing in at work would be better then, sounds like the Boots conversion is pretty inaccurate! Thanks, it's nice to actually have time to focus on my food intake again! Fingers crossed I can do well this time, I want to lose about 3st by graduation in December which is quite ambitious! xx
 
I'm super confused over the conversion thing, but I think it's more that my brain doesn't like maths than anything.
I would try and explain but I think I would look like a right wally :eek:

I *think* my stats are all ok and right and I really do think it's just me being ridiculous.

I doubt very much that I will be losing anything at all this month anyway with all that's going on.

3st is ambitious, but you never know eh?! I know I couldn't lose that much in that amount of time, but only because I know I lose quite slowly. I mean it's taken me almost 2 yrs just to lose 50lb :rolleyes:
But give it a go and I'm around for support whenever you need it.xx
 
Thursday: God I am so bloody tired this week. Have a lot of stressful things happening at the moment and I think they're taking their toll. I honestly just want to sleep all the time :confused:
Exercise is non existent coz I can barely cope with normal every day things, never mind sweating running around :(

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), banana, raisins (2), skimmed milk (half HexA1), and a bit of Splenda.
Small bowl of red grapes, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries with an Activia snack pot.

Tea: 2 Quorn southern fried burgers (5) with low fat cheese (HexA2) on wholemeal bread (HexB2) Little bits of extra light mayo, tomato sauce, and mustard (1)
Low fat Supernoodles.
Small salad-mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, and dressing (0.5)

Snack: Toffee yogurt. 1 Hotel Chocolat choc (3)

Drinks: Coffee. Fanta Zero. Dr Pepper Zero.

Took my Sister out for lunch today. Went to our fave veggie place and was very good and picked the healthiest option :D Went for spicy bean burger with the mixed salad stuff.
Gonna be a bit naughty and the only syns I'm counting is for any oil used. The burgers aren't coated as such and are basically diff types of beans mushed together. I even asked to not have the pitta bread it comes with :innocent0002: No salad cream or anything :eek:

Lunch: Veggie bean burger with salad, cous cous, and pasta (HexB1 for oil)

Tea: Lazy bolognese-tomato pasta & sauce with Quorn mince, sweetcorn, peppers, and red onion. Low fat cheese (HexA1) Salad and dressing (0.5)

Snack: 2 Hotel Chocolat chocs (6) Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Dr pepper Zero. Diet Coke. Small Starbucks caramel light frapp with extra coffee (HexA2 for milk + 4)

Had a brilliant day out yesterday. Have put my pics on Facebook :p

I started off the day not too badly-Porridge in Satrbucks. OMG that is the best porridge I've ever had :eek: :drool:
Lunch was a veggie burger with plastic cheese and pineapple on a WHITE bun with chippy chips and curry.

Had some candy floss....

Then tea in The Egg-cheese on toast with all the salad and salad cream.

At home had a custard slice, a few chunks of Dairy Milk, and a bit more candy floss.

Not too bad really but still a bit :eek: All my saved syns and all of ydays obv put towards all that. Not really sure 25 syns will really cover it tho....

Back on the wagon today!! Until Wednesday :rolleyes:

Salad, beetroot, and dressing (0.5)

Tea: Was feeling super hungry! SW chips, TWO Quorn lamb grills, mushy peas, sweetcorn, and tomato sauce (1)
Wholemeal bread (HexB2)

Snack: Chocolate pudding (2.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Options (2) Diet ginger ale.

Syns used: 7

Exercise: Walking and work.
