Where are you going? I'm leaving the husband for a week at the beginning of October to take my old mum away to Lanzarote. That's really what started me off on the latest weight loss business. I'm counting the weeks, 14, to go. Wishing my life away, oh yes!!
 
Friday: Found these cool little kids tubs of chocolate pudding in Morrison's. You get 6 little 50g pots for 50p, they're veggie, and they work out to 2.5 syns :D Had one as soon as I got in and they were lovely!
Also found some sachets of Weight Watchers chocolate whip-haven't seen these in a couple of years! And they work out to 2 syns per sachet :D

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), half tin of beans, wholemeal toast (HexB1), crispy potatoes, and a two egg omelette-milk & cheese (HexA1), red onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
Jack Daniels bbq sauce (1)

Snack: Chocolate pudding (2.5)

Tea: SW chips, 2 Sizzling Burgers (2), low fat cheese (HexA2), wholemeal bread (HexB2), salad, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, and beetroot.
Sauces and dressing (2)

Dessert: Made me and Mum SW Mess :D Blackforest fruits, 0% Total, and 3 mini meringues (worked out to 2.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.

Syns used: 12
Syns left: 14.5

Exercise: Just walking to and around the shops. I've been so lazy this week! :eek:

I love Lanzarote Fiona! Always go to Costa Teguise and have been there 3 times now lol.
This year is the first time I'll have been abroad in 5 years! Going to Puerto De La Cruz in Tenerife for 10 days. Can't wait :D

That's spooky!! Mum and I always go to Costa Teguise, we love it because there're no rowdies there. This year we've booked a house that is literally 1 minutes walk from Las Cucheras beach. So excited!
 
I will be looking out for those wee choc pots! :) I've been ultra lazy with regards to exercise too.. next week. Promise!
 
Saturday: Off back in to town with Mum to look for holiday stuff in the sales. I bloody hate town on a weekend tho :mad:
Have eaten before we go so I don't have to worry about that. But planning a sit down at Pret later, so I can have a banana with my coffee :)

Don't suppose anyone knows if the new Shape Zero Delight yogurts are free? They're only 5cals more than the normal flavours. Just had a rhubarb crumble on. Was SO nice!

Lunch: 1 Weetabix and 1 chocolate Weetabix (HexB1 + 1), raisins (2), skimmed milk (part HexA1), and a bit of Splenda.
Small bowl of raspberries and grapes with Shape Zero Delight yogurt.

Snack:

Exercise: Lots of walking around town and to and from bus stops.
 
Enjoy town, those Shape Zero delights aren't free! :( If you have the nutritional info I'll look them up for you. :)
 
The yogurts aren't... Theyre the shape delights not the yogs!!!! Someone here has worked it out using the syn calc and they worked out as 1/2 syn.
 
Half a syn I could live with. But people on Twitter said they were 2-4 syns depending on flavour. Gah! How confusing?!


In other news.....I am such a wally! Somehow ended up ordering in tonight. I hardly EVER order in. Pizza, chips, and bbq sauce :eek:

Ah well, it's done now. Stupidly bloody thing to do because now I feel rather ill. Never mind.....

I'm off out with work on Tuesday for the first time ever-eeep! But they've picked Frankie and Benny's. God help me :rolleyes:

It's hard work eating out when you're a veggie coz you can't go for the safe steak/chicken with a jacket spud! I'll just have to do my best. Might drop my syns to 10 a day and see how that goes. And have a flexi-ish day on Tuesday.

Well the beginning of a new week and I'm more than happy to be back on the wagon :D
Definitely gonna try the 10 syns a day this week and see if it helps and see how I feel doing that.
Also my work night out tomorrow has been cancelled. So I'm gonna see if my friend wants to go see the film with me. Plus I just found a 50% off voucher for pizza express-I love their legarra range :) Naughty, but not too naughty ;)

So, today's food:

Lunch: 2 Weetabix (HexB1), banana, raisins (2), Splenda, and skimmed milk (half HexA1).
Grapes, a few raspberries, and cherries with an Eat Smart yogurt.

Tea: Made everyone mushy pea curry. So Mushy peas, tomatoes, onion, Quorn pieces, butternut squash, chick peas, potatoes, and spinach. Spices and curry powder.
With a pack of mild curry rice.

Snack: half a pack of WW chocolate whip (1 syn and a bit more of HexA1 for the milk) This was completely tasteless and not even worth 1 syn!
Bear Nibbles (HexB2) and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Squash. Options (2)

Syns used: 5
Syns left: 5

Exercise: Just a bit of walking.

Urgh I feel like crap today! I'm hoping its just a crappy allergy day and not a cold coz I'm back in work tomorrow and doing the weekend. *sniffles*
But determined to go out with my friend tonight :D
Think I will definitely stick with the Weight Watchers range at Pizza Express and I have 1 and a half HexA's to put towards the cheese, so that should help with the syns.
Not sure if we're having dessert, but I will be sensible if we do. Promise ;)

ETA: I was very very good! Had diet Coke and coffee to drink while I was out and just got the veggie WW pizza. No sides and no dessert *polishes halo* I very nearly had a one scoop Ben & Jerry's at the cinema, but my friend didn't want one.
Feel awful now and really achey and just generally crap. So gonna have a fibre plus and a lemsip in bed while I read for a bit and hopefully get some sleep tonight!

Lunch: Porridge (HexB1 + half HexA1 for milk) with raisins (2) and banana.
Small bowl of grapes, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries with an Eat Smart yogurt.

Tea: Pizza Express.

Snack: Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Lemsip (not sure if these have syns, but I don't care :p)

Syns used: Kind of a flexi-ish day today.
Syns left: 5

Exercise: Bugger all except a bit of walking.
