Thursday:

Breakfast: Weetabix (HexB1), raisins (2), banana, and skimmed milk (half HexA1)

First break: Half fruit tub-red grapes, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. Shape 0% (0.5)

Lunch: Quorn pieces and ham, red onion, peppers, baby sweetcorn, mangetout, mushroom, and courgette, cooked in 1.5tbsp of Reggae Reggae (1.5) With wholemeal pasta mixed with 1tbsp of extra light mayo (0.5) And feta (rest of HexA1)

Snack: Rest of the fruit.

Tea: Jacket spud, half pack of Mexican savoury rice, 2 veggie burgers (1), refried beans, low fat cheese (HexA2), salad, dressing (0.5), extra light mayo (0.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero. Diet Irn Bru.

Have had such a tiring week in work!! The weekend hasn't actually been to bad, but the week days were awful.

Have been so tired when I've got home I've literally eaten and gone to bed. Just havent had time to do food diaries. But I have stuck to SW 100%. Had my Hex's and kept to syns and everything. Got 0.5 syns left over this week lol.
Hopefully next week will be a 100% week so i can start to see the weight coming off again :)

Monday: Had a pretty busy 'relaxing day' today lol.
Made curry using a tin of chickpea Dahl for tea. It's a two portion one so I have leftovers :D

Lunch: 2 free Quorn sausages, My Little Pony spaghetti, cheesy scrambled egg (HexA1 for splash of milk & cheese), and wholemeal toast (HexB1)

Tea: Chickpea dahl, onions, spinach, peppers, Quorn pieces, and raisins (1). Mild Curry savoury rice. Coronation cottage cheese.

Snack: Shape 0% (0.5) with Bear Nibbles (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke. Options (2)

Exercise: 40min walk with Dave.
25min walk with Ellie.
Big clean on the garage animals hutches and runs.

Tuesday: Have had a really good day today :) Met my friend Caz and we went for full body aromatherapy massages, then for lunch, then to the pet shop (always a highlight!), and then back to mine. Chatted for a bit and her husband/my kinda brother arrived so I introduced them to the bunnies. And then I walked them up to the bus stop with Dave :) Walked Ellie hound when I got back.
Knackered now! :p

Lunch was 'Italian pasta' which was basically teeny bits of veggies in a tomato sauce. No Salad or cheese or anything :eek: It wasn't very oily either-couldn't taste any! But will cout it as half a HexB just in case.

Breakfast: A banana and 1 Alpen Light (half HexB1)

Lunch: Italian Pasta (rest of HexB1 for oil)

Tea: Pasta and Sauce mac&cheese (2 + HexA1&2 for milk and cheese), a Quorn steak, broccoli, carrots, peas, and sweetcorn.

Snack: Shape 0% (0.5) and Bear Nibbles (HexB2)

Drinks: Lots of squash. Coffee. Options (2)

Syns used: 4.5

Exercise: Walking to and from bus stops and stuff.
Roughly 30min walk with Dave-spent a while at the bus stop so don't wanna count that.

Wednesday: Finally going to see Super 8 tonight :D

Lunch: 2 small jacket spuds, 2 veggie burgers (1), apple & pear cottage cheese (1), low fat cheese (HexA1), salad, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, and dressing (0.5)

At the cinema: Bear Nibbles (HexB1) and a toffee yogurt.

Tea: Had the big veggie soupy meal at Wagamama :) HexB2 for the oild and 4 syns for the tofu should do it.

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Coke. Green tea. Options (2)

Syns used: 8.5

Thursday: Went on a surprisingly nice first date today :eek::eek: We went for coffee and then to see Rise of the Planet of the Apes :)

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, half tin of beans, little crispy potatoes, cheesy scrambled eggs (HexA1 for the cheese), and wholemeal toast (HexB1)

Tea: Veggie kiev (4), tomato & herb Pasta and Sauce, low fat cheese (HexB2), salad, pea shoots, and dressing (0.5)

Friday: Went in to town with my sister for lunch today :) Wagamama's!!!


Lunch: Yasai Cha Han 4 syns for tofu and 1 for miso. HexB1 for oil.
Had summer rolls as well but they were horrible and I can't be arsed synning them :p They'd be dead low anyway, if anything....

Tea: SW chips, Quorn nuggets (4), beans, low fat cheese (HexA1), wholemeal bread (HexB2), and tomato sauce (1)

Snack: Pack of Mini Fingers (5)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

Well guys I'm ashamed today I had another hit and miss weekend. I was all set and then I invited my friend round. We got a takeaway-which I was sensible with and just ordered veggie fried rice planning on taking syns of for counting the oil as a HexB. And I even heated up some home made curry to go with it. But the chippy we use sends you 2 kids size pizza's if you order over a certain amount....and I just cannot resist pizza! And I had a handful of chips too :eek: And then some chocolate a bit later....

Yesterday was on plan until Mum offered to share the leftover pizza with me. And yes, I caved. And had more chocolate! Lol :eek:

But today I am back at it.

Lunch: 2 free Quorn sausages, beans, 2 boiled eggs, and wholemeal toast (full size bread coz mine was mouldy so HexB1 + 1?) And tomato sauce (1)

Snack: A bit of fruit while I was sorting out my lunch for work.

Tea: Quorn steak, Pasta & Sauce mac&cheese (HexA1&2 for milk and cheese + 2), purple broccoli, and sweetcorn.

Snack: Shape 0% (0.5) with Bear Nibbles (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero. Squash.

Picked up a Quorn sausage and mash ready meal as something different for work lunch and it's bloody 6.5 syns :eek: Wont be getting that again! It better be nice.
Got a huge bag of carrots, broccoli, baby corn, and mange tout to go with it tho. Morrison's only had giant fresh bags of microwaveable veg lol.

Lunch: The bast*rd Quorn meal (6.5) with giant veg bag. Rest of the fruit.

Evening break: Fibre Plus (HexB2)

Tea: Quorn lamb grill, tomato and herb Pasta&Sauce, salad, dressing (0.5), low fat cheese (HexA2)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

It was nice and made a nice change. But it wasn't 6.5 syns worth of nice :p


Got weighed a few times in work today when no one was looking :eek: And each time I weighed spot on 75kg! Which Google is saying is 11.81st.... Still need to get 'officially' weighed at some point lol!
