I haven't been posting my diaries. BUT I have been completely on plan :D Even with a date and a trip to the cinema :innocent0002:

Prob not gonna post my diaries for the rest of this week coz I'm in Wed-Sun and I'll be knackered. I am writing my syns and Hex's down as I'm going tho :)

Think I'm just gonna take things week by week Shrimpy. Buying a few bits in Debenhams tomorry in their 'sale' so that should cheer me up!

Yeah I had another first date this week. God I hate dating :p Seemed to go really well and I was pleasantly surprised by him! Not sure how it's going or if I'll see him again. Texts haven't been very frequent and really only getting them in reply to mine. But he replies virtually straight away. Hmmmm?! Anyway, I guess I'll just have to see.

Guy I went on a date with the other week turned out to be a right t*t!
 
Got weighed in work over the 5 days (I know I should just weigh once!! :eek:) and I consistently got 74.5kg's for a few days. And then over the weekend it went up to 75 :/ So I may have lost a lb or two but I'm not sure lol. Will def try and get on the scales in Boots this week.
 
Oooh... that sounds positive, maybe he's a wee bit shy but at least you had fun! :)
 
Argh!!! Mum and sister had a takeaway tonight. Took ALL my strength and will power to not cave in. I had 2 chips and that was it!!! Pretty good going considering my track record of late. But 3 weeks today I go on holiday!!

Had a brill, relaxing day today. Watched loads of Man V Food-not the best show to watch when you're trying to stick to a diet, but it's brill. And I read quite a bit of my book too :)

Food....

Lunch: My at home lunch of choice-veggie breakfast! 2 Quorn sausages, beans, cheesy scrambled egg (HexA1 for milk&cheese), crispy potatoes, and wholemeal toast. Tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Quorn steak with cheese (HexA2) and Mexican rice with red onion, peppers, sweetcorn and jalapeños. 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1)

Snack: 2 Alpen's (HexB2), banana, and a toffee yogurt.

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet lemonade. Options (2)

Syns used: 4
Syns left: 6

Exercise: Bugger all, it was my relaxing day ;)

Oh well, if he's not playing ball, don't worry it's his loss, youre fab and deserve an awesome guy.
 
Yeah, I apprciate that it's crappy but don't settle. Enjoy yourself, go out (often) have fun (smile lots and laugh more) and take risks, you will meet Mr Awesome and he will recognise your obvious Awesomeness. There is nothing worse than being trapped in a sh***y relationship.

Hahaha I would love to believe you ladies, but I don't think slinky will be possible in 3 weeks. But even if I don't manage to lose any more beforehand I'm the most confident I've ever been. I only have to look at how I looked when I last went abroad on holiday, 6yrs ago, to make me realise how much I've changed.

I don't think you realise how different you look until you look back do you?! Most days I feel like I've not changed before and look just like I always have. But then I see an older pic of myself and it's a bloody shock lol :eek:
 
Had a nice day today. Went shopping with my Mum this afternoon for a few holiday bits and food. Got weighed ;) Got home and did a big clean on the garage animals and de-poo'd the garden. And then walked the hound :)
It's little dog's, Dave, birthday today!! But he got a big long walk earlier today from my sister.

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, beans, 2 'fried' eggs, crispy potatoes, and wholemeal toast. Tomato sauce (1)

Snack: An apple.

Tea: Quorn lamb grill, Pasta&Sauce mac and cheese (HexA1+2 for milk and cheese. Plus 2 syns) Salad and dressing (0.5)

Snack: Bear Nibbles (HexB2) Shape 0% (0.5)
Small bowl of red grapes, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and pomegranate.

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Diet Irn Bru. Options (2)

Syns used: 6
Syns left: 10

Exercise: Walking to and around the shops.
Cleaning the animals and garden.
25min walk with Ellie.
