Urgh i feel awful :( Stupid bloody germs!
Had a good SW day though.

My minestrone soup may be more like a veggie stew, but it's really nice :p

Lunch: 2 bowls of soup :eek:
With Worcester sauce cheese on toast (HexA1&HexB1)

While making tea: A few grapes and a slice of Quorn ham.

Tea: Veggie kiev (4), low fat Supernoodles, broccoli, peas, and carrots. Extra light mayo and mojo (1)

Snacks: Shape (0.5) and Bear nibbles (HexB2)
5 Mikado (2.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Options (2) Red Bush tea.

Syns used: 10

Exercise: Just a bit of walking to and around the shops.
 
Friday: Back to work and on a late :( Have lots of nommy food to get me through though. Oh and co-codamol :p

Breakfast: Porridge (half HexA1 for milk), raisins (2), and Splenda.

Lunch: Soup!! And a Quorn ham salad-leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, carrot, beetroot, and dressing (0.5)

Second break: Brownie bite (2.5) Half a tub of red & green grapes, raspberries, and blackberries. Activia.

Tea: Pasta & Sauce mac and cheese (rest of HexA1 for milk + 2), 2 Quorn lamb grills, peas, sweetcorn, and low fat cheese (HexA2)

Snack: Bag of mini Oreo's (6)

Drinks: Coffee. Coke Zero.

Breakfast: Porridge (half HexA1 for milk), raisins (2), banana, and Splenda.

First break: Half tub of red & green grapes, raspberries, blackberries, and an Activia.

Lunch: Soup!!
And a in case I was still hungry....Quorn ham salad-leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, beetroot, a v small handful of wholemeal animal pasta shapes, and mayo (0.5) I didn't eat it at lunch.
2 teeny bits of cake (like little chunks) and a small Reeces peanut butter cup (gonna say 6)

Evening break: A small bit of the salad.

Tea: 8 Quorn nuggets (4), SW chips, beans, and low fat cheese (HexA2). Wholemeal bread (HexB2)

Snack: Funsize Caramel and Crunchie (8)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. Citrus Rooibos.

Syns used: 21.5

Well, you ARE supposed to use your syns! Otherwise you're not following the plan, or at least that's what I tell myself!
 
Sunday: Stressful start to the day and a couple of sad cases, but overall not a bad day. I am ACHING all over though!

Breakfast: Porridge (HexB1), raisins (2), banana, skimmed milk (half HexA1)

First break: Grapes, raspberries, and blackberries with an Activia.

Lunch: The last of my soup. Wholemeal toast (HexB2). Pom Bears (5)

Evening break: Bit of the pasta salad thing I had yday (0.5 for dressing)

Tea: Mum made me a big roast! Roast new potatoes, mash, peas, broccoli, carrot, turnip, sprouts, Quorn lamb, 2 frozen yorkshire puds (4), and gravy (3)

Treat: Options (2) and a Boost (15.5)

Drinks: Coke Zero. Coffee. Rooibos.

Start of a new week! Today was my relaxing day. Although I did do the dishes about 5 times :mad: Did clothes washing and a big clean on the garage animals. Also watched a lot of tv, read a bit of my book, and had a very nice shower.

Got to take Ellie back in to work tomorrow for two new blood tests. These will test for liver conditions and Cushing's. Should get the results back in 2-3 days. Poor dog has to be starved for the liver test so I'm having to muzzle her when she goes out for a wee this evening and tomorrow because she's not allowed to eat anything-she keeps eating apples & pears from the garden! She's terrible for scavenging in the street too, so will have to be extra careful!

Oh and I also have another 1st date tomorrow evening :eek:

Anyway, todays food.

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages (2), beans, cheesey mushroom scrambled egg (HexA1 for milk & cheese), wholemeal toast (HexB1), and tomato sauce (1)

Tea: Chickpea daal portion from the freezer with a packet of Chinese rice with extra peas & sweetcorn. Asda pear & apple cottage cheese (1.5)

Snack: Bears (HexB2) and an Activia.

Drinks: Coffee. Squash. Options (2)

Exercise: Just the house work type stuff.
 
Oh today was one of the most stressful days I think I have ever had :cry:

Took the dog in for her tests. We got kicked out of the consult room we were in, there wasn't a kennel for her (even though I'd booked one), and I wasn't allowed to have her in the on-call room or staff room. One of the lovely nurses set me up in her car in the car park-where I sat for an hour.
I went in to grab a drink and go for a wee and the practice manager asked me why I was there. Explained and she flipped coz I had the dog in the car. Where else was I supposed to go?! So she had an argument with the nurse who leant me the car as well as the head nurse. Was offered the yard for Ellie so I could sit in the staff room, but luckily a big kennel had become available. Had to move a dog and got Ellie the quiet one on the end-so she couldn't see other dogs!
Then I found out everyone knew I'd been pulled up about not paying on the day last week AND even though everyone knew it was me a notice had been put in the weekly bulletin reminding ALL staff to pay on the day :eek: And everyone's view was that practice manager had done it on purpose to have a go... :cry:

So made a big show of and told everyone I paid straight away. leaving Ellie in her kennel a bit longer so I made sure I could pay ;)

I have a LOT of support from other staff over all this. But it still s:cry:stressed me the f*ck out! I felt so sick.

Got home, forced some soup in to me, got changed and headed out for my date. Got to the main road and there'd been a massive accident and all the traffic had been diverted just before it reached my stop. Had to walk 20mins till I got to a 'working' stop. And then finally got in to town and the driver kicked me off in the wrong end of town. :flamingmad:

So by the time I eventually met my date I was just about ready to curl up in a corner and cry! Luckily he was really nice and even bought me a present.....a cuddly Stay Puft Marshmallow Man :eek: :D

A very late tea when I got home: Tinned spaghetti, 2 veggie burgers (1), low fat cheese (HexA2), and wholemeal toast (HexB2)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke. 1 shot of Sailor Jerry's (2.5)

Syns left: 18

Exercise: Some walking. And LOTS of stress :p
 
I'm still feeling the after effects today. Really tense and nauseous :rolleyes:

But yeah, ended on a yet more stressful situation but nice too. Yeah I'm going to see him on Tuesday for another film and maybe food :)

Tea: Garlicy cheese on toast with pasta, cous cous, and salad sides. (HexA x2 + HexB x2 and will chuck in 5 syns for any extra stuffs)

At the cinema: Minstrels (10....Mum had one :p)

Snack: Shape 0% (0.5)

Drinks: Coffee. Diet Coke.
