Ok im back had a week off doing my diary needed to sort my head out. After reaching target on Monday i went on a crazy binge on Tuesday and Wednesday resulting in a terrible 3.5lb gain on Monday. Even my consultant cant work out how i gained so much wiv wot i ate. But thats behind me now its back to basics again and try 2 get back comfortably in my target range.
Well thats enough waffling from me but any advice or support very appreciated.

Weigh in 2moro and hoping 2 undo some of the damage from last week. Have been 100% all week and managed 2 resist the temptation of doughnuts, ice cream and fish + chips at the beach 2day. Feeling very proud of myself again my motivation is back.

Lost 1lb at WI pleased with that as its * week only 2lb 2 go 2 get back to target and away from the higher range (hopefully next week)

Happy with my choices today. Trying to incorperate some syns into my meals now instead of always using them for chocolate. Also gonna aim for 10 syns a day if i can. Got 2lb left of my gain so need to get that off then concentrate on maintaining again.
