Over the last few days I have had such a bad craving for cheese!! On Saturday I finally succumbed and ate a slither of cheddar. It was amazing! But I'm sure it's part of the reason that I only lost 1lb this week. I also upped my exercise (went to the gym 3 times), what are the rules on this? I've heard from Cambridge Diet followers that you shouldn't do too much exercise because your body will cling on to the few calories you do have, thus resulting in decreased weight loss.
So what I want to know is, does anyone else really fancy cheese? and what are the rules about exercising on exante?
