Chelle's Diary - kick up the bum needed regularly!!!!

Wow not been on here for nearly a week :-$ I've had a mad week but I'm back now.

Lost 1lb yesterday which I was expecting as I hadn't been as good as I should of been

Back on track 100% this week and rareing to go :)

Todays a green day and is gonna involve lots of pasta as its too hot to be cooking all day

I need a bit of advice, Im going to a bbq on Saturday and I've never been to one whilst doing sw, what is the best thing to have? I think I'm going to do some chicken and veg kebabs but have no idea of anything else, suggestions would be greatly appreciated :) xx
 
Change of plan, I'm having a red day

For lunch I had a big chicken tikka salad and fruit afterwards

Dinner is cooking, I'm having cajun chicken, new potatoes and salad
Fruit and yogurt to snack on later :)
 
For bbq on Saturday I've got some quorn burgers, 1 syn sausages, gonna make some chicken and veg kebabs, a nice piece of steak, gonna make a potato salad and some coleslaw and of course lots of lovely salad :) its gonna be hard not to have a few cans with everyone but I've bought lots of pop so hopefully should be ok.

Having the bbq at mine now which I'm really happy about as I can make 100% sure I have my own healthy food :)

Gonna get my frozen muller out in a min, chill for a bit then get ready to see the OH tomorrow morn :)

Barbecued salmon is really nice, but sounds like you have it all sorted now :D Well done on the loss. I worked my a$$ off for a 1lb loss this week, but not disappointed as I knew it wasn't going to be huge somehow...
The picture in post #444, is that your chicken tikka?

I did it once on the George foreman and it was disgusting and its put me off a bit.

Red day again today

Cereal bars for brekkie, think lunch will be a salmon salad, dinner is smoked salmon, chips and salad :)

Well the end of last week my diet went straight out the window!!. Absolute disaster!

Anyway I'm back on track and fully committed :)

I need some advice, I've got the active 2 for the wii and I've set up a workout to do every day, does anyone have any recommendations for workouts to play on the wii, I'm toying with the idea of getting zumba but not sure whether its better to go to classes, any advice would be much appreciated x
 
Got tomorrow all planned out.

I'm having a green day

Brekkie will be 2 alpen lights

Lunch will be a pasta n sauce, either leek and ham or cheese and broccoli

Dinner will be a big portion of baked bean lasagne with sw chips and peas, I love green days because there so so filling :)
 
So we went and booked a holiday today so now I'm on countdown :)

I don't want to feel squashed in my seat or lie there all week longing to go into the pool but not daring too.
I WILL be going in that pool every day!!

So, I'm going at the beginning of September which gives me 13 weeks exactly, what kind of mini goal do you all think I should aim for??

If I set one I know it will be so unrealistic and impossible to do so I really need some help please :) xx

Oh exciting where are you going? My mini goal is 2 stone by September but I don't know if that's doable though? X

we are going to Tunisia, we went last October and i loved it but this time we are going to a 5 star hotel so im looking forward to it so much. it will be our last holiday for a while as we need to save for a mortage so thought we might aswel treat ourselves :D

2 stones sounds scary but if your confident you go do it then thats brilliant :) i think im gonna set myself one of 1 1/2 stone and anything more than that will be a bonus :)

Well didn't realise the time so dinners only just gone in :-$

I'm really happy with today, only had 1 syn and 2healthy a's and 1 healthy b.

It was lovely and now I'm stuffed :)

I have set myself that exact goal starting from today :) I'm so motivated and everytime I have a wobble I will think of that pool and what's waiting for me in September :) xx
 
You lucky thing, I love Tunisia we went there the year before last it was soo hot and lovely :) Weve just had a baby and have a mortgage to pay for now so maybe next year we can try and go away again xx good luck with your goal x
 
21lbs seems realistic. I am prob hoping for the same and like you any more will be a bonus. Planning to go to fuerteventura in October so want to look half decent in a bikini by then :D
I know ive said it before but that baked bean lasagne looks so good, must remember to make it. x
