Wow not been on here for nearly a week :-$ I've had a mad week but I'm back now.
Lost 1lb yesterday which I was expecting as I hadn't been as good as I should of been
Back on track 100% this week and rareing to go
Todays a green day and is gonna involve lots of pasta as its too hot to be cooking all day
I need a bit of advice, Im going to a bbq on Saturday and I've never been to one whilst doing sw, what is the best thing to have? I think I'm going to do some chicken and veg kebabs but have no idea of anything else, suggestions would be greatly appreciated xx
