Thanks AM, although chocolate wasn't really the problem over the Easter weekend - cream scones with jam and a few glasses of wine/pimms/some cocktail thingy that was disgusting/whisky and diet cokes......not all at once I hasten to add...hicHello!!
It does sound like you've had a tough weekend, but I think we all have in one way or another. Easter being such a choc fest, I find worse than Xmas!

So you, Linda and I are doing the CD thing... and we all know it works for us. It is good that you have a plan for once you reach goal, and I suggest that you go about 4 to 5 pounds under the weight you want to maintain, then adding back the gylcogen when you move onto SW should not put you above your target. And, if you read Beck's chapter on maintaining -- as long as you are within 3 pounds of that target then you are set. If you go over -- you put your "weight loss plan" into action and lose those 3 pounds. It can be something like an extra fitness class, etc.

Morning AM, I am soooooooo looking forward to the wedding tomorrow and plan to just sit and watch the whole thing all by myself, so I can really 'get into' it without worrying about looking too soft lol. I am bound to have a good grizzle, especially thinking of Diana. I really liked her and the treatment she got made me go right off the Royal Family, Wills and Harry though, they have my support but the rest of them can go and do one lol.Hi Chels

Day 2 on Exante today (but same theory as CD - 3 shakes a day).
I think you are being v realistic about your goals and working up the plans and it will put you in good stead for future too.
Agree with Becks 3lb point, it's something I really should have put in place myself before, but didn't - will definitely be looking to this myself when I eventually get back down the weight again.
