Thank you Linda, an ex-boss told me about the plums. I had three migraines in as many days and she had the hump about the time off I was having and had a go at me about too much caffeine/chocolate/cheese etc., I hadn't had any of those things (miraculously) but had been eating a load of plums. She looked it up on the internet apparently. I think she was trying to catch me out and was very humble when she said that they are known as a trigger. Surprised me too I have to say.
I am feeling a bit groggy still and being at work and staring at a computer screen all day can't be helping matters. Still, work get really funny if you have a day off sick. The silent treatment etc. so couldn't have another day off to recover more, although I could really do with it.
How come the boards were so quiet??? I thought I Would be missing all the action!!!
Lol, I've probably got a shrivelled up prune for a brain. Feels like it most days. I have started getting typing dyslexia, all the correct letters are there, just not in the right order and I very often get a brain freeze, where the train of thought or speech just suddenly stops and I can't move it on. Just like the pause button on the dvd player.......frustrating and embarrassing'My mum says,' so it must be true! - that migraines go as we get older because our brains shink.......I hardly ever have them now, rattle rattle, rattle rattle!......

Lelly, you'll be impressed when I tell you that the new batteries are in place but I honestly couldn't face it with the migraine still affecting me. I struggled at work today, really wanted to be in bed and quiet but alas, not possible. I will hopefully be right as rain tomorrow and then give you a good run for your money xxshe's even managed to update on her diary whilst away....how dedicated!

Glad you have kept to 100% whilst all around you is utter madness going on. Go you!!!I couldn't read the strange Chels/Bess language! (Would have tried but it made my head ache... it's right up there under plums as a migraine trigger...)

Well done on the new diary, you have really taken the plunge now.....no going back.
It is dull and chilly here unfortunately. A week ago we were all open-windowed and bare-legged, now its fleeces and warm-air heating on :cry:

Used in its correct grammatical sense one would say:-
S*d you lot, I am swanning off on my holidays and so what that I leave you to your nervous breakdowns? I'm alright jack
