Cheryls Dukan diary

Today i had 2 rice cakes for breakfast, sausages and egg for lunch and not sure for dinner. Probably a chicken salad needs to be something easy to take to work.
I have decided i need up my calorie intake or something as i ate quite a bit yesterday and lost a lb over night. I ate 2 rice caks and marmite for breakfast, bacon eggs and mushrooms for lunch and steak onions and peppers for dinner. I also had a rice cake for a snack at about 5pm, 2.5l, a glass of diet pepsi and a diet red bull. Over on my carbs but still lose weight. Can anyone explain???????

You are all so right. Another lb down for me again today. Im on a mission now. Wanted to be at least 10.7 for my holiday so only 3lb to go and im there! Hope you all had great weekends? I was working last night and didnt get home til just gone 9am this morning. Only just coming to life now which is why ive only just logged on. So far today i have eaten 2 rice cakes and marmite and dinner will be sausages and veg i think. Missed out on breakfast as i was sleeping. Feeling great now my body has caught up and started losing again. Got a cold coming now too. Dont think its the fairy as she arrived the other day, unless the "cold" is late. 2lb down this week and still 2 days left. I stole 1 little twist of pasta (Marks) earlier and omg i almost threw up. Ive never really been one for pasta anyway but it tasted really disgusting. Lol.
 
Hi ladies. Well today ive sts and really dont care as feeling very sorry for myself. Ive woken with a stinking cold and totm pains. Yes im feeling totally groggy and so im hoping my sts is due to my totm and it will come off in a day or so. Not sure for menus today. Fancy stodge food but dont know what. Will post on later when i know.
 
Lol typical PMT. Stodge stodge and more stodge. make sure you have something healthy but filling ;)
 
I will babe. Thinking of a casserole type dinner, just meat and veg in a gravy really. I love veg with gravy thats my typical stodge food. Depends whats in the freezer as im not going out today

Very true. I had half a slice of toast for breakfast, a can of tuna 2 rice cakes and some cucumber for lunch. Still not sure about dinner. Might just have fish and cauli

Cheryl how many cabrs in rice cakes, and toast? are you having low fat spread on toast?
 
Erm 4.1 per cake and about 10 in the half toast. Had a tiny bit of spread on it but so little i cant even count in the carbs in that. Really want sweet things..............Oh wait, ive got some vanilla mint sweets, i'll have a few of those
 
Ive watched it every year. Lol. Got hooked as a guy i worked with was in the very 1st one (Darren) and i used to hang around with Kate Lawler's twin sister so had to watch those from start to finish but will watch one or two
 
I watched the very first one over here intently... couldn't believe it! The people in the "Loft", as they called it over here, had no idea the country was watching them, and it seemed all quite innocent and natural.

Things have changed now though and they all KNOW why they're going in and are all there to shock, make a fortune or whatever other plan they have...!!

I can't get into X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing, or Britain has Talent either... I think I've lived abroad too long or something!!
 
I like bgt but only to see what amandas hair looks like :D xfactor i love the auditions - everything else is pants :D
