Well they are brilliant patients for students coz they can play around as we have all the time in the world. They are not that ill that they are classed as time critical so it gives me time to let them do ecg's and then explain how to read it and stuff. These students have been learning the basics in university for at least a year already
 
Ok so back to the "diet". I had a blow out the other night and had a massive curry. I put on a lb but have since lost it so im happy. I also had a visit from the fairy last night. She left a dainty pink footprint so im hoping tonight she'll stamp on me hard with a big purple welly!
 
Why do nocturnal visits from fairies make me nostalgic for finding sixpences under the pillow? (lost teeth for you youngsters!!).

The "beauty" of your programme Cher is that you recover quickly from this sort of thing, without adverse effects from coming out of and returning to ketosis. Fabulous! (I quite envy you that, cos I've a friend coming to join me for lunch and she suggested sushi which of course is excellent for any diet but this one! grrr! So I'll be paying £20 for a salad and leaving anything "interesting"!)
 
Wow £20 for a salad, does it have golden tomatoes!!! I dont recover well at all. Yesterday i had such a horrible headache, felt tired and had no energy at all oh and was freezing cold. All because the fairy came. Yes it is a bit like the tooth fairy, I have all that excitement to come with Oliver. How are you today. The weather is rubbish but im fantastic with a F!
 
It's hot hot here... 26° at the moment, more in the sun, and we're suffering in the office!

It actually worked out at €15 so less than I thought, and I had a coffee in also...

I do begrudge paying that for a four ingredient salad, mind you (evokes memories of my salad mountains from last weekend!)

Today i have eaten.........
1 rice cake and marmite, 4 brazil nuts, 2 rice cakes with tuna and cucumber, Steak, mushrooms onions and side salad

Pmsl. If only it would happen that quickly! Id be straight back on what ever makes me loso quicker though as my brother gets married next Aug. Can you believe he actually asked me to wait!!!!!!
 
No because he said it will steal their thunder and if i have one before then he doesnt want it making a noise during the short civil ceremony (mark has already said he would go outside so as not to disturb them!).
 
My point exactly! Oh let him get on with it. Ive told him im not getting any younger and im not putting my life on hold for just over a year. It will happen when it happens (can the fairy bring me some baby dust too please!!!).
