Hello Luv, Just all a bit blah today. Trying not to eat bad things, havnt so far. Stressed and emotional unstable! Not a bad weigh in just another 1lb off, so all in all 7.5 in 3 weeks. Im just very impatient!
Ok ok, make the effort.....
B: 3 babybells lights (hexa) HUGE coffee (HEXA) 1 x alpen (1/2 Hexb)
L: enormous Jacket, and whole tin of beans! Alpen (other 1/2 hexb)
D: Not sure yet, but it will include chocolate!
Snacks : Muller light
feel better about doing that now.
