blt sandwich - 9 syns (bread - hexb)

dinner - chicken stuffed with goats cheese - hexa
potatoes - 2nd hexb
sf veg - broc, cauli, carrots, brussel sprouts.

woohoo - this time on Thursday I'll be getting glammed up for a night out in Ibiza with a cocktail of some sort in hand, CANNOT WAIT!!!! :D

Last day of work tomorrow and then your off, is the airport close?

My friend's partner is driving us, it's an hours drive, will be an early start as flight leaves at 8.30 am!!!

Just a few final bits to pack lol deodrant etc :) Don't worry won't forget the essentails :D

woohoo...1 more sleep :) I practically somersaulted(sp?) out of work today :D:D went to get my hair cut and nails done then home to pack final bits and bobs!! so so excited :) my friend sent me a text with the weather...its sunny but there is thunder forecast for sat and sunday lol just my luck :) still gonna be awesome though!!

Did you have a good class tonight??

Haha had taken my hrm but as I can't read without my glasses i hadn't turned it on lol
His dad gets 900+ cals burnt per session, so wanted to compare

Hi everyone, I'm back :)

Missed you all! Had a fab holiday, Ibiza is mental, full of beautiful people( and lots of posers!) not really my scene but was good to experience!! Glad to be home and looking forward to getting back to my healthy eating and exercise!!!

Now for the bad news... Weighed in today at 10 st 6.75 lbs so have gained 4.75 lbs :( haven't been great food wise since I returned but back on track as of tomorrow!!

So how's everyone been?
 
Great to hear you had a good time, you will just get back into it and then you will be off to romantic Paris :)
Did you get thunderstorms? Hope you got a nice tan and not too many hangovers lol
I drank far too much last saturday at my daughters 25th lol did really good and bought some prepped food to bung in the oven on the Sunday so wasnt too much effort to cook and could spend the day crashed on the couch lol still took a few more days to recover, didnt go to class on Monday, knew i wouldnt be able to keep up!
 
Thankfully the thunderstorms never amounted to anything :) had bad hangovers the first few days but by the last few I took it easy as couldn't keep up the pace lol Have a decent tan not as good as normal but did have the odd day in the shade as I was so hungover lol

How sensible of you to have nice healthy food prepared!! How was the party? Were you throwing some shapes on the dancefloor?!!

I'm going shopping later to stock up on fruit and healthy food!! Hoping to fit in a date with Ryan this morning! Hoping I can still pick up my 7.5!!
 
lol yes i was boogying the night away :) had loads of bombs, only £1.50 each! goodness knows how many I had. It was a great time, a really good crowd to party with, my thighs and arms ached for a few days after from all the dancing :)

My house looks like a bombs hit it and I need to go do the food shop, so must get going soon as todays quite sunny and could do with catching a bit of this gorgeous weather.

Works getting even more horrendous! had an 11 hour day yesterday and still not keeping up with it all. Hoping to have some time off next week, I need the break, but dread it as will have billions to do to catch up when I get back. I seem to be on call 24/7 if something needs doing, and even tho I put my out of office on my email people still keep sending me stuff and not redirecting as requested! On a good note my team got nominated for a works award for both innovation and raising local environmental quality, just hope we dont keel over before the results are drawn lol

haha oops bit of a rant :)
 
Aw well that's good that you're being recognised for your hard work!! Well done on the nomination!! Ditto with my work... Kinda having doubts about whether or not I wanna be a teacher... Not sure what else I could do though... Anyways I'm not even gonna start ranting cos I'll never stop!!! I'm gonna need to tidy up and go shopping too!! Enjoy! :)
 
Right so I need to give myself a big shake and get back on the straight and narrow today. Really want to shift the 4.75 lb holiday gain by Friday which would see me back at 10st 2 lbs :)

Dinner- chicken with stir fry veg and sweet chilli sauce ( 4 Syns)

Syns- cupcake, empire biscuit- syns blown

water - 4 pints I think

exercise - kws cardio 20 mins

Work is booooo lol I don't normally do the lottery but did it today lol clutching at straws :)

Good luck on getting back on plan, I know it can seem difficult when back from holiday but you should be able to shift those lbs by shocking your body with healthy food after your slight over indulgence :)

Put the soup on if you can, seems to work a treat
 
Been up and done my kw session and been lying in bed since, such a miserable day out cant be bothered moving, plus bf out with car so cant go for shopping until he returns anyway. Been having a look at the exante forum, thinking about maybe giving it a go for a month - I'm just starting to get fed up with slow losses and want the weight off asap. Has anyone tried it? thougts?

Your quite close to target, are you sticking at that target or considering changing? Cant say that you have been having slow losses, you have been shifting weight most weeks that I can think of, you have had a few 'treats' which will have an impact. I do get concerned about some 'diets' which are restrictive and do get results as to how maintainable they are as I believe once loss is achieved you tend to gain when you start eating 'normally' as your body hoards evey calorie due to being in a starvation mode, so could be counter productive!
Whats the rush?
