I'm Just impatient kron and I can feel my motivation going... I have a stone to lose now which seems massive to me!!

After researching exante thoroughly yesterday I've decided against it. Not only would it be expensive but I doubt I'd be able to stick to it with the way my willpower is just now! Need to get my head back in the zone first and foremost!!

Need to update my foods yesterday and I had a few treats that will have taken me over my syns- an empire biscuit and a cupcake!! Naughty, naughty!!

New day today so new start :)

How was your day yesterday kron? Did you opt for bike ride/ pub crawl in the end? Hope you enjoyed the sun and that's it's still shining!! It's miserable again in Glasgow!! Gonna have a movie day on sofa i think... Bf is away to Bolton to watch footy so have sofa all to myself :)
 
Patience lol, I had a look thru exante thread and i can see how vlcd can work, there wasnt much in the maintainers section!
You have just got back from hols so your gain is only a little blip which I know you will get rid of soon - minus cupcakes and biscuits lol
I know I have been able to be restrictive on sw, have had a few days with no hexb, not always planned, choosing to eat 'clean' foods i.e. no sauces, gravies, dressings etc, which has been helpful in losses in my case. I still get times where i 'feel' fat, which i know is ridiculous, so I think no matter what your size/weight these feelings are quite normal! I know you can lose these last few lbs, some people do tend to slow down the nearer they get to target as your body hasnt got much to lose but it will keep dropping off and most importantly, when you hit that magic number you need to have the food eating tools to keep it off, which is a bit trial and error in my case lol

We did go for a bike ride, and hit a couple of bars, it was lovely sitting outside in the sun sipping my cocktails - they make a bomb cocktail, whihc was quite scrummy :) altho now knowing a can of red bull is 30 syns, wont be having that one too often lol

Sun is still shining, but hope to have a lazy one today to recharge the batteries, and have some sw food to try and counteract all the birthdays and drinks we have had over the last couple of weeks - last Thurs was MIL birthday and we all piled round and she cooked us her meat pie as well as having about 6 different desserts - somehow managed to put on 2lb over night lol, but must be good as i get my birthday cake tomorrow and its is soooo synful :) Didnt WI last week either due to going to MILs where i was hoping to log an in target weight giving me a few weeks before WI again to counteract my cake - we shall see lol

Got a good movie to watch? - we watched one last night, wasnt very good lol
 
Jeez 30 syns in red bull??! So not worth it!! I had a few of those on holiday!!!

Well I'm am super happy... Just stepped on scales and I'm down to 10st 2.75 lbs so that's most of the holiday gain gone bar the pesky 0.75 lb!!! So glad I weighed myself as this is gonna spur me on for the week!! I can defo shift the 0.75 by Friday and hopefully a bit more!!! :) :) :)

I'm just gonna see what's on sky movies, watched the town last night it was great. What film did you watch kron?
 
Fantastic :) I knew that holiday gain wouldnt take long to lose, but go you, that was fast! So heres to that motivation getting you back on track :)

Movie was called day before the war or something like that, bunch of youngsters on a trek in the widerness when a war breaks out and they duck and dive a huge enemy army - not recommended lol Hubby wanted to get Thor from blockbusters but they didnt have it in so had a pick of our movie channel, i picked about 3 possibilities and we decided on the wrong one!
 
Oh doesn't really sound like my kinda thing either!! Thor looks good hope you can get it next time!! Yeah I'm totally shocked- the gain was obviously not a proper gain, maybe just bloat or whatever plus it is my time of the month too!!

Well enjoying your relaxing sunny day( I'm not jealous at all lol) I'm off to make myself some lovely scrambled eggs, turkey rashers and beans :) yum!!
 
sounds yummy, might get a 'fry' up n the go for when hubby gets back from walking the puppy who will be a panting mess as she is too fluffy for the heat lol

Dinner- roast chicken

York pud- 3 syns
oxo cubes and cornflour to thicken( 2 syns)

snack - cupcake - 10 syns?( just a guess, was quite a small cupcake)

total syns - 17 - means I really need to cut down tomorrow as I've been over two days in a row.

Well add to the above another Yorkshire pud at 3 syns!! I had pre packed mashed carrot and swede too which I'm assuming is free?! Do hope so!! Also a toffee muller, hit the munchies tonight!
 
The pre packed mash and swede may have some syns as they would make it with butter or some similar alternative. I must nave yorkshires soon, it's been ages!

Hope your first day back at work went ok, it will help with your food, as you tend to be good during the week.

I am ready to go to class, feeling quite determined now my birthday cake is sitting in the fridge - it's huge, it's chocolate and it's all mine lol
 
Oh the cake sounds yummmmyyyy, save me a piece-I've forgotten what date you said your bday was?? I thought the mashed swede might have some butter but was trying to kid myself lol so add a few extra syns onto yesterday aswell!!!!

Well my bf's colleague made him a box of homemade cupcakes which I've been polishing off since the weekend!! Had anoter today - they are yummy(but quite small so think I'm still within syns!!)

How many cupcakes left .... I am one to talk with biggest fattest choc cake in the fridge lol Birthdays not til Friday, but was hoping to have some time off this week and she knew I was in Monday so brought it in :)

Syns are coming down so you will be back into it soon, as long as bf stops bringing homemade cupcakes in lol
 
Oh kron I have stuffed my face full of custard creams today, got in from work starving and couldn't resist!! Must have eaten about 10!! Seriously!! I'm not eating tomorrow ;)

I have a serious confession to make...I had a total munchie fest last night!!!! Had to go to Marks and spencer garage to fill up my car with petrol cos local one I pass on way to work is shut....anyways I could not resist the lure of a large bag of prawn cocktail walkers AND a bag of peppa pigs :( I went to bed at 9 as was shattered and woke up at 10 with serious munchies - went on to have two potato scones smothered with philly(light) I AM TERRIBLE!!!! MY MOTIVATION AND WILLPOWER HAVE LEFT THE BUILDING!!!!

Oh the plus side I only ate a few Peppa Pigs and took the rest to work today. I also had a few roses chocs at work and four custard creams tonight!!! EEEEEKKKK!! Really needed to get that off my chest. What is my penance??!!

I did resistance wk1 round 2 tonight kron, totally went for it with the squats and swings- gave it my all and didn't stop for breaths between any moves which is a first!!! Majority with 7.5 kg too apart from the usual suspects :) I defo paid my penance lol honestly if it's in the cupboards I'll eat it that's why we don't normally buy bics!! These ones were supposed to be for bfs work but he forgot to take them and I spied them lol cupcakes are gone thank goodness!! I'm banishing the custard creams to his work tomorrow!!

After my swinging tonight I had some cream crackers with Philly light- I don't think I've eaten too much today( quite a bit of junk right enough!) so hopefully it'll be ok!! Will try harder tomorrow!! Promise :)

famous last words!!! again, could not resist the lure of the custard creams when I got in, have had a bad craving for sweet things this week!! Was another EE day without the SF today - thinking about packing SW in and just doing my own 'healthy eating'/ exercise diet plan. Will follow the fundamentals of slimming world but will allow myself some more flexibility i think.....not 100% sure what to do.....

You said you were going to give those custard creams to bf lol
It took me a few weeks when i got back from holiday to eat more sensibly, its like your body loved its indulgence and wants more and more lol Stick with it whther its sw 100% or your own version, you were getting close to target, and altho its a bit of a headache maintaining when you first start you can have a few off meals and stay within range, so hope you can get back on to it x
 
I told him to but he said whats the point there is only about ten left lol so I just ate them to be done with it :)

I've been out for a 'last supper' tonight with my dad - we had a 3 course meal at Indian restaurant - I'm gonna have a 100% week this week....managed to lose 2.25 lbs of holiday gain - it's good but I could have lost it all if i'd have stuck to plan, hey ho - heres to next week :)

Getting fit, the only thing better than a custard cream is a Bourbon :)
