Good luck with the trousers. You must love being able to walk into a shop and know clothes are going to fit and look good. i so look forward to that day.

Stig I actually go in a cublicle and try them on (didnt have time yesterday) - pre Dukan would I try clothes on before bringing them home NO WAY - the only down side to losing four and a half stone is you need loads of money to replace everything with new stuff - winter clothes shopping next

linen trousers are fine - out later to get something for my friend's birthday still not sure what to get her though. The weather today is gorgeous and its about time too, mrR will want to be gardening later and will want me to do the weeding - can think of lots of other exciting things to be doing besides weeding. Wish I had a magic wand to get the house decorated inside and out and all the other DIY that need doing. How do people have immaculate houses and work full time - its beyond me!
Did OK yesterday - im only going to get weighed next week now dont want to step on them and find I havent lost my little gain. Would think tonight I will be OK, I will make sure I have plenty of dukan food before I go - usual buffet food not my thing anyway so it will be fine. Hope this weather stays for awhile all I want to do is go for some lovely walks along the canal and wear linen crop pants not much to ask for is it girls? another PP today then its some veg tomorrow x

No Chris walks in the sunshine is not too much to ask for. And I'm the same work full time and spend weekends doing housework, but must say with youngest son and his gf been away last week, its not too bad. Conservatory full of boxes ( and thats my special place, best room of the house) but what can I do.....love them to bits but will be glad when they get a house and soooon.

With my daughter's BF here most of the time its 5 adults in the house, they do help but they are all working as well. I know Im now off but Im not spending all my time doing housework, takes me all the time to do the washing and ironing (moan over) mind you Sid, Wimbledon, TDF & the Olympics from Friday may have something to do with it.

Sunday 22/7
Had a great time last night - I felt very nice in my new outfit, the majority of ladies had maxi dresses on. My friend had a good time so all is well. I chose a pilgrim necklace for her, hope she likes it. We met up with a lot of friends we havent seen for ages so it was lovely to catch up with everyone. My confidence when going out is 1000 times better than it used to be - I did not want to go anywhere and now ......... no stopping me especially when MrR says 'you look very nice love' that is a very rare comment from my husband!
We got back home for 12 and bed at 1 so Im feeling tired this morning. I was driving.

Had a lovely walk yesterday in the Lancashire sunshine, we made the most of it, the ironing will always wait. Hope to repeat it again this morning before the TDF and history is made. Mr Wiggins winning the yellow jersey. I have enjoyed every minute of watching this gruelling race - super human athletes!

yep your right if he said it all the time Id think he'd been up to something he does it in other ways Sid, he is very easy going, Id rather he clean my car than be a sloppy hub - ha ha

loved this afternoon watching the last stage of the Tour de France fabulous end to a fabulous 3 weeks Ive got to wait a whole year before its on again ........... really really want to go and watch it live in 2013.

ill be working so will have to catch the Olympic highlights, not off work unitl end of August, god knows whyi picked those weeks!! I usually have the last in July first in august, moment of madness i think.

Not much going on this week hopefully if the weather stays fine Im going walking with my lovely brother and going into Manchester on Thursday with the gang here - lunch out with my son on his payday! making many trips to the tip tomorrow with bits of fencing, lumps of concrete etc ......... (yawn) a very exciting day NOT no TDF looking forward to Friday and the Olympics love em too I will be honest not too fussed on the show jumping but will watch it if nothing else on
