just got home from the docs felt awful past few days it seems I have infection in the larynx and trachea. hope anti bio's do trick got to back in 2 weeks. Not had anything to eat for 3 days lived on linctus and paracetamol so disappointed when I was going dukan great. when i walked into docs he said 'you dont look too clever' my doc is 'very' nice easy on the eye!

Poor you! Still, at least you have a diagnosis and can start to receive treatment. You should be starting to feel better by Monday if not before. Take good care of yourself, darling xx

after a rotten week of feeling **** and not eating much of anything. I weighed this morning and its a +4! How on earth? So now I feel even more rubbish .... i just want to feel human again and stop sounding like a barking sea lion

thank you Amy i know your right but ...... I'm OK now was just miffed off. Onwards and 'DOWNWARDS' fingers crossed X

I'm still coughing but on 4th day of Anti Biotics I do feel better not coughing so much in the night and the coughing fits aren't as bad I can actually get my breath between each cough. Scary I was so short of breath. Been to local hospital today about my poorly feet, they wont do surgery only if they've tried everything else. So I'm now having injections in my joints I had to be swabbed this morning for MRSA - ughhh so I will get a phone call giving me around two days notice.

Its a lot of palaver for feet, need to take a dressing gown and nighty with me!!!! Apparently they take x rays while its being done so that they will get the needles in the correct joints. As you can imagine not really looking forward to it and its going to cost me money for a new dressing gown etc the one I have here which I love has seen many better days.

had a dukan blip over the weekend but nothing major was just feeling miserable and fed up 4lb gain OMG ........ I'm off to work now so see you all later .........

I missed that post with your gain. Chris you've been ill your body will let go once your better. Its holding on encased you need it for recovery xxx as your feet.......good excuse for a New dressing gown. We all have a favorite bobbly one lol. Keep going it will come off xxx

The said dressing gown Sid has nail polish spilled down it (wont come off in the wash) its massive on me but I love it. Need to buy one but going to buy a summer cotton one with a matching nighty.

i'm off to bed its been a long day, lets hope I stay asleep all night rather than waking up coughing my head off!

im trying but difficult when i dont know what i want to eat. nothing tastes right its wierd tastes either off (sour) or bitter still can't stomach coffee. I am much better though im just really tired back to docs next week so hope i can get something for catarrah. thanks Sid for posting in my diary & for thinking of me X

We had an old Dr. years ago who swore by vitamin c orange flavoured drink for tiredness was it called reccoca ????? or very similar named he would say it was the best cure for anything. Your body's had a right battering Chris, no wonder your tired. Enjoy your weekend best you can xxx

thanks sid it might be Berocca vit C tabs, i'll get some. Had new windows put in yest so its cleaning this weekend they do look good

I'm desperate for new everything but as soon as I have enough money I want a holiday lol my priority have always been fun then the house lol. I've bought one of those karecher window cleaners and love it xxx told Hubby I could clean the windows anymore so he bought me that cheeky sod.......I meant for him to do them hahahah

Glad you're feeling somewhat better Chris. You've been unwel for so,long it's bound to take some time before you're completely back to your normal self. Plenty of rest is the most important thing, fresh air, healthy food and gentle exercise. Wishing you well, lovely xxx

Thank you Sara im getting there slowly but surely Dukan gone out the window these past few days but im its back on the bus from tomorrow. Just wish my taste buds would reappear sense of smell gone too. Thats sometimes good though when im working with smelly students!
