Cruise PV CHRISR RETURNED IN 2013

So looks like I've lost 5 lbs in 10 days not bad eh its all going in the right direction. Can't make my mind up about weigh in day think it might be a Wednesday. Don't want to get into the habit of weighing everyday as it messes with my head. Weather here awful so garden job temporarily stopped :(

Had 50 flags delivered and half of them are faulty so they are going back. Of course its muggins here that has to rearrange her schedule!

Off to do some boring jobs and food shopping. Calling at Star Bucks to see my girl as its (I think) her last Saturday shift there. The lovely people my daughter works with always take the micky when I ask for Tea. Strange how I stopped drinking it love the smell but can't stand the taste.

Bye for now hope you all have a good Saturday and the sun is shining wherever you are, if your in my neck of the woods I doubt it.

:)

Your doing so well Chris, and your saga is disgraceful, companies should honour there policies. I'm off to pick up my shopping I left at the supermarket yesterday lol, so any savings I made have gone as it will cost a fiver in petrol to pick them back up lol xxx

PV today: muffins, rhubarb, eggs, chicken and tonight one of our favs (had something similar in Greece but with feta cheese added so this is my version that we love just as much
very lean pork fillet stuffed with smoked paprika, garlic & thyme tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms & capers, wrapped in lean bacon and roasted. Probably have it with broccoli :)

Plenty to do today, the BBC assures me its sunny spells so hope the spells are longer than the rain showers. I'm staying in tomorrow to hopefully get some cleaning done because it surely needs it plus round 99 with Indesit and Domestic & General.
Day out Tuesday & Thursday. Time is now quickly running out one more week after next and then ....... Back to reality actually can't wait :) wont be saying that when I'm totally cream crackered. Back to working on a Tuesday Eve class. Should take it as a compliment that my student loved the course last year and wants to stay for another higher course.
Do hope my girl will be OK going from making Starbucks coffee to full time working with young people with challenging behaviour - No she will be fab but just very tired for the first few weeks.
Have a good day :)

Exciting times ahead for Rebecca xxx The weather forecast hear looks good for the rest of the week and bank holiday Monday is looking canny to so fingers crossed. The greek pork roll sounds delish xxx have a good day xxx

Monday: boring jobs while I'm out tomorrow for the day. Weather not too bad so at least I can (fingers crossed) get some washing dry. Just got to get my bottom in gear and do this housework.

PP = muffins, fresh tuna marinated in lemon, chilli & black pepper, meat balls and probably an omelette if I'm peckish.
Off to burn some calories with the Dyson and my fav gadget of the moment the Karcher window cleaner.

:)

I've had chicken too today :) and actually got some housework done. Always feels good when the house is clean and tidy!
Day out tomorrow with two of my lovely friends/florist colleagues lunch out and retail therapy. Good job its a PV tomorrow I will be able to have a salad. I do feel I have got back into this dukan lark OK, I've had no slip ups (other than champagne), drinking plenty but cant seem to get the walking done, think its because I've got so much to do and my legs and hips are cream crackered with the garden job.

Anyway I'm off to bed before MrR gets there I want to read ;) and he moans ..............

had a nice day but haven't felt 100%. My stomach feels like its bubbling and I've felt queasy all day can't make my mind up why. I haven't had anything to eat tonight and just had a salad for lunch while I was out. So not a lot to eat today which isn't very good. Hope I'm feeling better tomorrow, I've been up since 5.30 and didn't sleep well last night either so I'm off to bed to read for 5 minutes then its lights out.
See you all tomorrow x

something's hanging over you Chris hope your feeling better tomorrow xxx

Hope today's a better day, Chris. Ref your reading issue at night. My kindle cover has a little light in it and so I can read to my heart's content at all hours of the night without disturbing hubby! Well worth the investment in my humble opinion!
Take care of those knees... for walking, perhaps try first thing? Before the brain clicks in properly and finds reasons why not to. Works for me!

Thanks Jo, thought I was getting a kindle last Christmas and then Birthday but ended up with lovely pressies anyway hoping its on the list for this year. I would love one but would love an Ipad too.

Thanks Sid, I'm up and feeling OK will see how the day goes on.

Washing/ironing, oh the joys of being a wife & mother so nothing strenuous today. And just now been instructed by the site manager Mr Roberts to order sand and stone - LOL. Going to really try to make something too, craft wise time is quickly running out :)

PP = muffins, yoghurt, eggs, chicken, salmon, basa

Can't tell you how chuffed I got my **** in gear and came back to the forum. Thank you so much for not forgetting me, I couldn't do this without the support I get here, Sid, Pol, Jo, Sara, Col, Jo, ST,
Do wish more lovely people would be here too especially our T. :( and where's Renata :(

men are such difficult creatures aren't they MrR is very tired but my god he is hard work when he's like this. And I cannot be bothered. Sid another twisty arse here :(

Glad to see you're still in the zone, Chris... I admire your hard work in the garden (and keeping Mr R sweet). My DIY / gardening skills are hopelessly limited (I'll do anything so long as I don't get my hands dirty!!) so I turn into a crazed tea lady and a quality control engineer... :) Twisty arses don't get fed!

I agree Jo, if he doesn't watch it I'm going out tomorrow he can shift the stuff himself and in between times feed himself. That won't happen he will be as nice as pie.
