Thanks for the words of encouragement Sarah :hug99:. I was thinking of throwing a green or red day in this week, maybe getting some more fruit in. My consultant was cool about it, he said he knows I've been very focussed, but I'm so worried - last time I did SW I swear I gained and lost the same 7lbs over and over for like 6 months! I got so disheartened and gave up.
I really don't want to stall, even my doc (who was 80% unconvinced that I could do this) has been forced to eat his words somewhat. He still reckons that I should take the xenical, but I only take it if I have a flexible day or a day off plan.
I think it's the not knowing that's upsetting me, you know? I'd be less upset if I knew for sure it was something I did. 4.5lbs is equal to 15,750 calories! I just feel like I'm rolling backwards before I've had a chance to gain some serious momentum. It's so frustrating, because I am proud of how much I've lost to date...I just want to move further. I know I won't shift 200lbs+ in a day, but the yoyo-ing definitely doesn't help...:sigh:
