Okay, so I've had more than a few off days, so I'm gonna take a little hiatus and suss out what's with the self sabotage! It's annoying me no end since I've gained and lost the same 7lbs for the last 8 weeks. I'll be back when I'm fully back on the wagon. NOT giving up, just re-adjusting!

just popping to see how things are now, how is the re-adjusting going? just want to make sure you are ok. much love xxx

Hey Curvalicious! How are you? I've had about 8 days off plan, and I can FEEL it and not in a good way! I'm back on plan from Thursday, I know I've gained (not looking forward to seeing how much), but I feel a little more enthused about sticking to the plan. I was getting a little too complacent for a while there, now I miss it!

I have made a mini game plan which starts with buying a countdown at WI on Wednesday and doing a nice grocery shop to stock up on SW friendly stuff.

Great to hear because you are doing so well sis, great plans by the way xxx

I'm back! Went to WI last night and was surprised to find that I'd only gained 4½lbs after my 8 days of crazy. Trust me when I say that is good for me! I've gained much more than that doing much less in the same time!

I actually missed the SW way of eating, but it had to be done. I feel a little more re-motivated after my sojourn. I'm going to take it a day at a time and just try and enjoy it again. I'm glad I didn't pierce my 3st loss; my next goal is a 4st shiny, as soon as healthily possible.

I made some of those lasagne sheet nachos and they were quite nice; seasoned them with salt and sweet paprika. Didn't syn them as I did not make enough to induce a pasta coma. :D Pasta and I have a bit of an iffy relationship anyway, so I didn't have much - but they were okay for a little crunchy snack once in a while (pic below).

your food is looking great might make some jollof myself this week. Nature Valley oats 'n' honey Granola bar are my absolute favourite lush. lol. keep on keeping on sis we'll get there.

I'd been wondering what those lasagne nachos tasted like - glad you enjoyed. Wonder what other flavours you could do...
Your mashed potato cakes sound nice and a great way to use up leftover mash

Hey Curvalicious! Nothing like Jollof rice, sometimes you just have to have it! Those Granola bars are lovely, if only I liked yoghurt - they are perfect for crumbling and mixing in like my friend does!

Hey Sarah! The mashed potato cakes were lovely, went nice and crispy on the outside and stayed fluffy on the inside. Perfect comfort food!
