I want to, but then I also want to be able to train myself to have things in moderation. I'm usually really good, but I blame the fact I wasn't prepared and I allowed myself to become too hungry....big no-no.
I gained a pound last night, which, disappointing as it is, wasn't completely unexpected. I have the wedding on Saturday too...after speaking with my consultant, he said that I should stick to the plan for now, then just have a flexible day on Saturday.
So, I'm anticipating maybe a STS for next week, but I will be good for the rest of the week. I've gained 4lbs in 2 weeks - not good! I'll be back on the ball 1000% for next week because I really want to get my Christmas target down...12 weeks or so to go!
