After STS last week happy to report lost 2lb this week so really pleased. Next Sunday is my year's anniversary and I would like to reach 5.5 stone lost. So fingers crossed I reach that milestone.

STS this week, not too unhappy about that after I had strayed off plan mid-week when taking mum to hospital. I was over syns that day. Today is my 1 years anniversary on SW and lost 5 stone 5 pounds during that time.

Thanks, @boofle we took mum for her 6-month scan, She has breast cancer. But the news is good the tumours one has gone and the other has stayed about the same. It is a small tumour caught very early with a blood test from a vigilant GP as mum went with rib pain. The oncologist said it never gets anyone this early so much so you can't feel the tumours. Mum is just being treated with tablets.
