Hi all, it was my first weigh in of this challenge last night and I managed a 3lb loss which I'm quite chuffed at. Also when sorting out my stats this morning I realised I had miscalculated (in the right way!) so my target for this challenge instead of 20.5lbs should have been 18.5 to goal - I'm closer than I thought! So I've updated everything now and am properly on track. Well done everyone on your losses!

2lbs gone tonight, TOTM on its way I think, if my ridiculous mood swings are anything to go by! Bit disappointed to be honest, but at least it's in the right direction .....

Lost another 4 this week which takes me to my goal weight! I've decided to carry on for another two weeks before RTM as I'm going so well and am still a BMI of 23.5. Gives me a bit to play with and I'm very much in the zone!

I haven't got a secret. I've been surprised how quickly the weight has come off. I go walking twice a day with my new puppy which has helped I'm sure. Just so glad I'm nearly there. Now time for the hard part. Keeping it off!
