So yest Ii lost a lb then went a bit awol but have been good today! Last night I had a curry!?!

HIFI bar later

So the day hasnt been so bad, now I want to pick!

I had a curry on friday but not too bad....

Today has been ok too!

Lentil soup and W/M Roll
SW Qucihe (Ham and Cottage Cheese)
Strawberries with Quark n Sweetner :)

No major exercise today tho bit gna go on fitness coach and maybe walk to school tomm if weather nice!

I just have 3 Eggs, Cottage Cheese Mix up and chuck in some ham, peppers and whatever I want then cook for 30/40 mins YUMMY!

Not about much as really suffering with my Hayfever and my meds for it are killing me. Im so dopey lol

Dietwise have been ok, walked to school yest and today (cant drive coz pills!!)

Food has been ok and today all planned!

Fruit, Alpen Light and Tea
Omlette with Ham and Cheese
Pork Chop, Veggies and Cheesey Quark Sauce with New Pots
WW Yogurt (Dessert Recipe - Strawberry Tart)

My darling Mummy took me shopping today (I wanted a kini and I cant drive lol) Well anyway I went into next and tried one on and well ha ha ha how funny! A person who is a size 14 aint meant to have big boobies I tell thee! I had 4 in a bikini I tried on lol

Anyhoo after that I tried some Linen trousers and I managed to get a size 12 done up - I bought a 14 as I do like to breathe n no camel toe TMI sorry but still Im nearly there! OMG OMG OMG OMG!
