Please will everyone be quiet about pizzas .......DD and DH currently eating pizza express pepperoni in front of me....groan!

I had something far better than pizza. I stir fried left over green beans, brocolli and cauli then chucked in chilli flakes, garlic powder then Boursin and cream. I have that post pizza garlicky taste without the badness! However I am now having wine and may add some vodka (not to the same glass!) to make up for my virtue :D

Set myself up my fitness pal so hopefully I'll have worked it out properly and it can be viewed, and im not making a mess of it!

Nice! I'll add u lot later once I get home from work. Quick question tho, I've added a few things on mine so far and its telling me I've had too much fat! I know I wont have because its based on calories, but it does beg the question "how much fat is too much?"

And also, should I be keeping my calories at a certain limit?
 
and don't worry about the fat either, this is Atkins after all
 
Think I might have finally worked out how to use myfitnesspal. I forsee a new obsession coming on now!

And I think I might need to eat some fruit or something - struggling to get my carb intake up without upping my protein!

Bought some strawberries because I quite fancied a couple with some creme fresh later maybe.

Hi Claire. I tried Myfitnesspal too but gave up as it was too complicated! It's great to see you're so motivated- keep it up! The snickers came a calling yesterday evening at ours and I was the only one in. Love em though!
 
I stressed myself out over it majorly last night. Not sure if my goals are right, but im going to give it a bash anyway. I need to do something, lets face it.

Somethings stalling me, and it might just be toomuchfood-itus or something hideous!
 
morning love. yes im addicted to fitness pal. i end up planning whole week on there at once LOL. and yes re the fat dont worry just try and get it higher than your protein love. (butter does the trick)
 
But butter will rocket me calories? Im eating fried chicken, but wasnt sure how to work the oil into it from the fryer?! lol!
