I'm hoping there's no exact science to my new diet because the book doesnt mention anything about carb limits, calorie intake or how much protein I should be having. Everything I'm doing is pretty much pure guesstimation! lol!
Just having a small panic as I ate, what can only be described as "disappointinly bad", Special K Breakfast bar. Probably all the wrong kind of carbs!
Who knows? The scales no doubt! lol!
I figure because my calorie intake is pretty low, then theres no real way I could be gaining weight? Is there?! I mean, beside water from the carbs!
