Its going fine *i think* - the proof will be in the WI tomorrow morning! Hoping I've sts or lost 1lb at least! Its hard to say after last weekends blow out lol!
I'm torn between a spicy chicken, donner and green pepper pizza with garlic bread. Or, a munchie box. OR.... chicken korma, rice and garlic nan with cheese.
At least I know i'm def having an indian tho! lol! Thats half the battle gone right there!
OMG!!!! I must have easily consumed about 10,000 calories last Friday, so I was expecting a gain this week. I've lost 0.8lbs!!!!
I know thats not much, but its 0.8lbs more than I thought I would have lost!!! WOOO!!!! Wasnt really sure about the diet until today. I'm a happy Clairecat - who is just about to stuff her face with a bagel with bacon and cheese!
