ClaireCat: trials and tribulations

warm bath ?
sit on loo and rub tummy in big circular motion, rocking from side
to side,backward and forward.
wish you movement soon.

Not really sure what to do tbh. Today I've taken about 4 dulcoease, 2tsp benefibre and 2 max strength senokot.

And nothing....!

I've got a driving lesson at 1pm tomorrow which i aint cancelling for love nor money, so it better not do anything funny for that!

Not really sure what to do. Got myself a hot water bottle and I'm moping! Going to go to bed.

Spinach is my go to thing for that problem - a handful of raw stuff - hope that's allowed but it must be better than being that uncomfortable xxx

I dont have any in the house. I think I might drink loads of prune juice tomorrow.

I wish I had bought an enema kit now! Damn it! lol! Surely everyone should have one of those bad boys?!

Woke up, still the size of a house and didnt lose any weight. STS. :(

Managed to get a little bit out, with some help, but I still feel huge. And bit gutted about not even losing a pound. I know these things happen, and I should look at the bigger picture, and the constipation probably hasnt helped, but it doesnt make it any less of a disappointment.

The diet is going to get chucked out the window today becuase I'm going to go and buy prune juice when I finish my driving lesson - fairly certain that is carb heaven, but hoping it can clear me out good style!

My lesson isnt til 1pm, so got a while to go before I write off her car! lol! :p

Prune juice and dulcolax Claire!! My worst nightmare hun - just wish you didn't have it! Nothing worse... Drink loads of water as well xxx

Thanks! :)

Well, my first driving lesson is now over. I didnt crash, or kill anyone so thats a bonus. Stalled a few times and hit the kerb on a couple of occasions, but other than that I'm a master at driving in a straight line, at 10mph! Left turns can be confusing - i mean, its hard to remember to look in mirrors, turn the wheel and use three pedals with 2 feet! I dont have enough eyes, hands of feet for this job!

Felt so stressed by the time I was done that I seriously wanted to go and buy cigarettes. Its been over a year since i stopped, but I swear I would have savoured one today!

Didnt go and get prune juice, I managed to go a wee bit this morning before I left (I wont discuss how! lol) but I seriously couldnt bring myself to go to the supermarket.

I got a subway sandwich and came home!

Well done for surviving the lesson Claire!!! You'll be brilliant - just let me know when you're out and about and I'll go by tube that day... No seriously you're the best driver I know on this diary!! Xx

Haha! I'm in Glasgow, so you're safe!

And thanks. i was getting a bit stressed out at times!

Well done on your first lesson. I learned to drive on an automatic, switched to manual and now have an automatic again. I'll never go back to manual again unless I have to. Hope all your remedies work.

Claire what a day lol....!!!! Do you know I was petrified about driving so much so I didn't pass til I was 29 and only cause I had to because it's a requirement of my job....

Thought I'd never ever be able to pick it up as was soooo uncoordinated lol

But here I am a few years on with my advanced driving certificate, response and soon to be pursuit training....love it and wouldn't be without it now....it is like riding a bike, once you learn you never forget and I don't even think about the pedals and gears now it's just natural!

But I know where your coming from :)

My mum gave me "the fear" when I was 16 because she let me drive her car once and had a panic attack and told me to get out her car. Never attempted to get in a car again since then. Always wanted to learn to drive, but after that, I just have an inbuilt fear now that I'm not going to be able to do it.

Next lesson isnt until the 21st because my diary and hers clash until then - both of us are clearly ladies in demand!

But I'm still shi**ing it! lol!

Well done Claire!! All the more reason to be extra proud of yourself!! Xx

i don't quite remember my first lesson,too long ago,but
i remember nearly taking someone on out on my test, and the
examiner failed me.........stupid person opened their car door
when i was going past, not really my fault, shook up
all concerned,and i came home and cried:cry:
passed on the second:D

well done you,for sticking with it,and super well done for not
turning to ciggies.:D

You'll be a natural at it Claire :D

I agree on the automatic, too, have driven both but autos are much easier, especially in the city :)

I failed my first test - managed to hit a car when straightening up from a reverse park - oops :D Not hard but it's an immediate fail LOL. Since then worked for the RAC, got advanced driver training and drove 40,000 miles a year...:D

Well, half a liter of prune juice, so far today, and 6 spoonfuls of milk of magnesia and I'm just gassy as opposed to pooy lol!

Maybe I don't have any poo in me? Maybe I'm not full of as much **** as people like to think I am!

Oh no Claire! That's not good! Lactulose and/or Movicol ... But strongly suggest Dulcolax ... They really work for me! Xx
