Got some chicken legs/thighs in the slow cooker with mushrooms n tandoori curry paste atm attempting to do some weird curry type thing for tea. I'll remove some of the water covering it about an hour or so before tea n add the lite coconut milk.. then will have it with cauli rice. Hopefully some carbs left for strawberries, raspberries n cream for pudding too. Well, that's the plan, not sure how the curry thing will turn out, it looks weird atm. Just lumps of chicken in water with mushrooms n curry paste! lol..
